Restoringly is a directory and referral service that helps property owners find water, fire, smoke, and mold restoration companies. We publish rankings, ratings, and company information gathered from public sources, and we pass along quote requests to restoration companies.
Restoringly is not a restoration contractor. We do not perform restoration work, we do not employ the companies listed on this site, and we are not a party to any agreement you enter with a company you find here.
2. Acceptance of these terms
By accessing or using restoringly.com, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the site after changes are posted means you accept the updated terms.
3. How our rankings work
Company rankings are produced by an algorithm that weighs publicly available review data (such as Google review ratings and volume) and verifiable credentials (such as licensing signals, insurance signals, and industry certifications). Review data from Yelp and the Better Business Bureau is used as a red-flag check that can reduce a company's score.
Rankings are our opinion, generated from the data available to us at the time. Data can be incomplete, out of date, or wrong. A high ranking is not a guarantee of quality, and a low ranking is not an accusation of poor work. Always do your own diligence before hiring any contractor.
4. Sponsored placements
Some companies may pay for sponsored placement on Restoringly. Sponsored listings are always clearly labeled as "Sponsored" wherever they appear.
Sponsorship never changes a company's algorithmic score, its letter grades, or its position in the ranked list itself. Sponsored placement only affects where a clearly labeled sponsored module appears on the page.
We do not accept payment to remove truthful negative information or to inflate a company's score.
5. Quote requests and leads
When you submit a quote request or use our concierge matching, you agree that we may share the information you provide (such as your name, phone number, and damage description) with one or more restoration companies so they can contact you.
We do not guarantee that any company will respond, offer a quote, or perform work. Any agreement you reach with a company is strictly between you and that company.
6. Company information and reviews
Ratings, review counts, review excerpts, letter grades, certifications, and other company details are collected from public sources and updated periodically. We label data we could not verify as "Not verified".
If you are a company listed on Restoringly and believe your information is inaccurate, contact us and we will review it.
7. Disclaimers
The site and all content are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the site will be uninterrupted, error free, or that information is accurate or complete.

8. Limitation of liability
