All the crew at Zipco have been amazing to work with. Even after all the work was complete, there was a small billing issue with a third party. Mason jumped in and helped resolve it quickly. We have appreciated every person we have worked with and will use Zipco again, if needed.

The first thing i want to say about this company is that they are not some corporate franchise where you become a ticket number instead of a name. i didn't have to explain my situation to 5 different people 2 AI chat bots and leave 4 voicemails. Their employees actually communicate with each other and they take your issue as seriously as you do. They also prioritize their schedule accordingly so if your house is underwater they dont make you wait un necessarily. If they have the time and man power they'll devote it to solving your problem. they aren't magicians. They're men after all but they'll use every tool at their disposal to make you whole. ... i had an over night leak as my wife woke up early for her shift only to find hot water not working. Instead of sending the hot water to my bathroom fixtures my old cpvc pipes decided to spill it all out of the wall for at least 4 hrs. My house with a sunken living room was a 4 inch pool and at least 2" of water filled every first floor area willing to accept it. I called other "24/7 emergency home recovery services" and responses ranged from a 4hr wait to still waiting on a callback to this moment . This was an obvious sign or under staffing, low effort or lack of concern. Zipco should have been my first call because when i explained my situation they had someone here (in bolivar) within 30 minutes. Mind you he drove all the way from springfield. Living with a potty training toddler whose toys and clothes were all ruined, a new mom with an infant who needed warm water and diapers that were all drenched, an elderly dog, working from home myself, and a home farm to run all with no clean water and a flooded house ... they understood the severity of the situation. They came out and assessed the damage quickly and immediately went to solutions. Isolate the wet stuff, remove soaked garbage, identify the source of the leak and dry the place out. I thought i had everything under control but they made it clear they were here to help and guide me in the right direction. They got all the water out of the living room (the worst impacted area), squeegeed and suctioned the rest of the house that was wet and setup 20 low profile blower fans and 7 industrial grade dehumidifiers to dry the house out. At first it seemed like invasive overkill but the results speak for themselves. It removed the moisture from the baseboards and walls faster than i ever could with box fans and hope. This is not only saving me from property damage due to moisture but the long term effects of MOLD. They don't stop there either. They'll be back in 2 days to asses any long term damage and repairs needed. They're confident if any repairs are needed they can do them, and its all covered under my home insurance. The whole time they treated me like a person, sympathized with my situation and remained solution oriented without judgement. I cannot recommend these guys enough. Shout outs to David and Travis for the excellent service. posted some before and after's of what a serious flood damage mitigation looks like at my home. it might not look like it but we were swimming and swamping. these guys saved us.
