Hayden, Luis, and Jorge came to my house today and pulled up the flooring in the kitchen and laundry room. They removed the 1/4 round and the toe kicks to see how far the water traveled. They pulled out the stove, the fridge, and the washer and dryer to remove flooring from underneath them. They drilled holes and placed fans to blow inside the walls to dry everything out. They worked hard and had a fun time while they worked together. It was a great experience listening to them as they worked. They had so much fun. They did a great job and explained everything to me as they went along. I would highly recommend them to anyone who needs their services.

We hired Western Disaster Clean Up for a flood restoration rebuild project. Seven months later our home remains unrestored and we are paying out of pocket to have their work completely torn out and redone.Their own project manager acknowledged on recording: "This is totally my fault. This is definitely not the quality of work that we do." Their own third-party assessor confirmed remediation costs of $11,267.48. Our contractor—who originally built this space three years ago and whose work we described in a prior Google review as "nothing short of TOP NOTCH"—estimated $16,800 to remediate Western Disaster's work. Their settlement offer was $6,000—less than half of what their own evidence confirms.The failures were extensive and concealed. The rebuild involved two marble surfaces—the main countertop above the sink and a custom bespoke dog feeding station platform below it. On the main countertop, a piece was broken off and reglued without disclosure and concealed with filler—confirmed independently by our fabricator, our contractor, and two other independent professionals. On the lower feeding station platform, Western Disaster's own assessor found an additional crack during their own inspection with what appears to be epoxy applied over debris.The countertop was too large for the opening and cut at the wrong angle. It was forced into place, pushing the cabinet panel outward and separating the cabinet joint. Now the pantry door and self-closing drawer no longer close.The dog feeding station is a stacked custom assembly—a drawer at the bottom, a trim piece above it, and a bespoke marble platform above that with cutouts for the dog bowls to sit perfectly flush. When, after two attempts for reinstall, Western Disaster acknowledged the cabinet work was substandard, they sent their own cabinet specialist to assess it. He confirmed it would take a full day to fix—then returned days later and was on site for only one hour, cutting down the trim piece as a shortcut rather than correctly rebuilding the assembly. This altered the dimensions throughout the stacked assembly, causing the bowls to sit proud of the surface instead of flush as designed.Cabinets were installed out of square and unlevel—confirmed by a specialist cabinet maker. The sink was reinstalled with only two of the original four support brackets—one was broken and left on site, one is missing entirely—raising serious long-term structural concerns. Sink epoxy shows incomplete coverage and open voids, creating water infiltration risk above the custom cabinetry. Drywall was improperly taped and mudded—our contractor confirmed tile over it will crack. The wrong caulk was applied to custom cabinetry, and it is not clear it can be removed without further damage.Custom cabinetry pieces were removed from our home and never returned, leaving a panel missing.We invited senior management to inspect the work twice—no response either time. They only appeared after we threatened formal legal action.We are pursuing DOPL complaints, BBB complaints, and civil action under the Utah Consumer Sales Practices Act. We will update this review with the outcome. A fair resolution will be noted here. We would not recommend this company. UPDATE: In response to this review, Western Disaster publicly accused me of extortion in connection with the exercise of my legal consumer rights, including filing regulatory complaints and pursuing civil remedies for their substandard work. We have documented this public false accusation and have added it to our civil court filing as evidence of their pattern of bad faith conduct. A company that responds to a documented, factual consumer review by publicly accusing the homeowner of illegal conduct speaks for itself.

Trenton found the leak in my bathroom and did an amazing job keeping things clean. He was fast and courteous. Would definitely love for him to do more work in our home.
