I have no idea where to start. I wish we had picked a different contractor after our house fire. It has been a nightmare to get them to complete work and what they have completed has been half effort and extremely late. (We are going on 18 months since our house fire and still waiting on them to complete work - missing electrical repairs, like whole outlets not replaced, paint jobs incomplete, dirty paint rollers and cans left in various rooms, and the people that did the personal belongings photos missed soooo much from the inventory.) Unless you want to make it your full time job to oversee your repairs, I would NEVER, EVER recommend anyone go through them based on the experience we’ve had with them now for going on a year and a half. We had good insurance but Werner just always has us on the back burner and can’t be bothered to come to the house to complete the work they were already paid to do. One project manager got fired half way through the project, but no explanation was ever given to us, we were just assigned a new one. And from what I can tell he’s doing his best but there’s something wrong probably at the higher levels of this company because I think they got diverted multiple occasions to work on other people’s projects instead of ours. We are very close to filing a complaint. Please avoid this company at all costs

Werner has been professional and very helpful in our loss from a fire, they have been on time and have been great during our rebuild. Scott Horton our project manager has been excellent with better ways to reconfigure our house and getting answers to questions I have. I would highly recommend this company.

We have had an excellent experience working with Werner Restoration after our fire. Every single employee we interacted with was courteous, responsive, and genuinely caring throughout the entire process. They were always quick to answer our questions and incredibly patient in helping us understand each step of the fire restoration process. One of the things we appreciated most was being able to work with one company from start to finish. Every department and every individual went above and beyond to make sure we understood what was happening and felt supported along the way. Communication was consistent, and we always felt like our home and our concerns truly mattered. We are very grateful for the professionalism, compassion, and hard work of the entire Werner Restoration team and would highly recommend them to anyone needing restoration services.

Updated Review*** Werner has been nothing but a headache. They have poor workmanship and half ass everything. I had to clean up after them constantly, they re-used old trim in multiple areas, the bathroom they “fixed” had leaking plumbing immediately and had to torn out again, the bathroom lights have not stopped flickering since they installed an outlet, and they installed a vent fan and now my roof is leaking. So far I am disappointed and frustrated with the repair crew, the work is still ongoing and there are days/weeks when no one has been by to work. Insurance isn’t covering the mold and termite damage so this is all self pay. They haven’t used any floor protection or other containment so I’ve had to clean up after them multiple times. The quality of the work has been just okay, for paying a professional to do the work I’m not that impressed with the attention to detail and workmanship. The clean up crew and Jennifer are great and got the work done timely considering they found termite damage that added to their work. Jennifer and her crew also came back and did additional clean up after the repair crew was done.

Our whole experience has been fantastic. My sister and I share an inherited property. Losing our parents was very difficult. We are trying our best to care for the property. Werner gets our highest recognition and recommendation. You all have been so amazing. Especially since there were issues with our insurance. Thank you for your service, kindness and patience.
