This company wasted my time by not showing up after coming to my house twice to measure for work needed. Never received a quote even after promised i would get one. This is called "ghosted." I would never recommend this company.

Cesar and the team at United Restoration were awesome to work with and I highly recommend them! We had a family member pass away that lived in NM. We live in TX. Upon visiting the home after the funeral, we found house had flooded and there was significant mold damage. Due to us traveling back to Texas, Cesar agreed to have someone out the next day and when Eric showed up, his review of the situation was exceptional! We managed this clean up from a distance and were very fortunate to find a company we could trust, who worked so thoughtfully with us and followed through on what needed to be done. They even provided pictures for us to see what was occurring. Thank you Cesar. You and your team are much appreciated and I highly recommend your services!

We now have a gentleman named Rogelio is our driver. He is absolutely amazing. We have lived on this block for six years and we have never had trash pick up done this early. I truly commend him for doing his job so well and I speak for everybody in the neighborhood.

The recent flooding in Roswell caused extensive damage to our home and belongings. I contacted United Restoration for mitigation services, and they were able to start almost immediately. From beginning to end, my husband and I have been so impressed with Cesar and his crew. They are efficient, hardworking, knowledgeable, and kind. The last factor may not seem that necessary, but when your family is hit with a disaster, some kindness goes a long way. Many houses in our area were flooded, so I had the chance to see several other mitigation companies come and go on our street. I can't speak to the quality of their services, but I can say that United came across far more professional than any of the other companies I saw. Cesar and his crew are well-versed in the dangers of flood waters and take precautions accordingly. They work quickly, utilizing professional equipment and contacts, and they were the only ones I saw who hauled away carpets, walls, etc. themselves. The rest left a pile curbside. The more I observed, the more grateful I was that we were able to secure their services. We felt so confident in their abilities from the beginning that we knew almost instantly we also wanted to hire them for the rebuild. I truly can't speak highly enough about our experience with United. Cesar truly seems to have the needs of his client at heart, and as we move into the repair phase, I feel confident that he'll do all he can to ensure we pay as little out of pocket as necessary. He's been so patient in explaining everything to us along the way (sometimes more than once), and he and his crew have gone out of their way to help with tasks above and beyond their job. They have been great with our young son, they were so sweet to our cat when she refused to leave the premises, and they've just been all-around amazing to work with.

I’ve been gypped by several dishonorable companies and contractors but i’m proud to say United restored my faith in integrity and workmanship. So glad I chose them!!
