It rained in our basement form toilet overflowing for hours. Trifecta came to the rescue! They were so professional and I can't believe how clean they were while working on our house. They picket up after themselves and vacuumed every day. Cleanest construction site I have seen. They also helped getting my insurance company to replace my contents. They took care of the whole process. Could not recommend them more! A+

Excellent and responsive local restoration company. Mateo and the guys showed up within 90 minutes on a Sunday night during my emergency flood. Everything was professionally remediated and rebuilt. My project manager Will went the extra mile to make sure all the repairs were to my standard and fit within my insurance budget. Highly recommend.

Let's see....how can I explain how (Nick Stevens) at Trifecta Property Restoration was amazing. We had a pretty big house fire and the day Nick stepped on our property he was genuine and very professional. You all know how you wonder if you can trust Restoration Companies, well I'm here to tell you that Trifecta is an outstanding company. Nick is an honest man, and you can take his word to the bank as they say. Not going to say they are 100% perfect (because nobody is), they have room for improvement in some areas. I can't speak for any other Project Manager with this company, but Nick Stevens is a man that you can trust. He can take the good with the bad, returned all phone calls in a timely manner, he stood by the work that his contractors did in my home. If it wasn't right he made it right and had no problem making them correct their mistakes. This company has some super employees and contractors, very helpful and honest. They go above and beyond to put your house back to the way it was or better. We loved our house before the fire, but when Trifecta was done, it was 100% amazing.

We worked with Trifecta after a small house fire. The damage was pretty small for a fire. These guys were on it like emergency services and it was a top priority. I was impressed with their professionalism and logistic efficiency. All of the subcontractors were professional and skilled. After painting we had a drywall seem that was rather noticeable, it happens, I mentioned it to the GC and he had someone back same day to fix it. Impressive considering the contractors had over 2 hours of drive time for 15 minutes of work. They say what they do and do what they say, and you'll be back in your home as good as new ASAP with Trifecta.

They also worked directly with the adjuster, advocating to ensure everything would be repaired correctly. A huge shout-out to Nick, who was the definition of transparent and empathetic. He walked me through every step, answered all my questions, and truly treated my situation like it mattered. He’s as good as they come, and his professionalism made a very stressful time so much more manageable.
