Trident Restoration

We had our water heater leak in our basement and destroy our carpet and soak the basement. Trident Restoration was able to come out on the same day and begin the cleanup process. We also used them for the restoration. Every single person who came in and out of our house was absolutely wonderful to work with. From Dominic, Hunter and Grace in the office through Adam, Eddie and all the men and women who took part in the project we are grateful for their work. You never want to have a disaster in your home, but if you do you should call Trident Restoration.

I had a leak in my garage and Trident Restoration was incredibly responsive. A plumber came out right away and fixed the issue, which was such a relief. Their mitigation team then set up the drying equipment and made sure it ran for the proper amount of time so everything was fully taken care of. The entire process was smooth, professional, and stress-free. Before I knew it, the garage was back to normal and looked as good as new. I really appreciated how quickly they responded and how easy they made the whole situation. I highly recommend Trident Restoration to anyone in the Akron or Northeast Ohio area who needs reliable restoration help.

As a result of an small tornado and then large winds in the spring our 25+ YO roof on our century home and the old 2 layers underneath needed replacement. Our State farm Rep recommended Trident. My wife and I meet with the Trident Rep Dave and discussed what are needs were including color. Trident provided color samples as we intending change house color too for a more modern look. After surveying the house and submitting all the information and necessary photos to the insurance company we were approved for replacent (pro-rated). Met again with Trident on final order and decided to add gutters too. The roof was completed in a day (including the extra time of a triple roof tear off) and the team came back the next day to finish a few details and double check cleanup. The gutter team came out a few days later and really did a nice job paying attention to the details to our 1925 home. I would definitely work with this team again and recommend them.

Cannot say enough good things about Trident and every division of their operation. We had a sewage backup in our basement, due to a blockage at the street. 3 inches of raw sewage at the deepest area, from our neighbors, touching everything - wall to wall. Actual pieces of feces. This occurred on Sunday afternoon, during a snowstorm. After calling another company who couldn’t come out due to weather, we called Trident and they were out within 30 minutes to evaluate and then had the crew dispatched within an hour, who worked well into the night. Robert shared he got into the business after he experienced an issue and was unhappy with the company and the cleanup they performed on his own home. He assured us they would work until we were back to where it was before this happened and we were happy - and that is exactly what he and his team did. Our basement was not an easy task to tackle - we had a lot of stuff - a lot had to be disposed of - and a lot moved multiple times for them to clean it, and the area it was sitting - also heavy weight lifting machines and exercise equipment. As the process progressed, I shared my concerns about their still being an odor - Kelsey assured me they were far from done and a thorough cleaning would still happen. The crew even came back and took more of the items we disposed of, as part of our own efforts of going through things and getting organized. Kelsey is hands down the BEST support person and coordinator to have when dealing with a personal crisis. She was available at all times for my texts and calls - helped me deal with insurance and also the county sewer department. I’m sure emotional support was not in her job description, but she nailed it. I am so grateful for everyone at Trident - they have all been amazing throughout this terrible experience in my basement and made a difficult time so much easier to navigate and live through. No, I haven’t received any incentives for this review. Unfortunately I have experienced several issues with home ownership over the years and always felt I was taken advantage of in my time of disaster by insurance and restoration companies. It’s refreshing to come across a company like this - and I hope my review helps someone else to have a good experience. PSA - check your homeowners policy - make sure you have Water Backup coverage - it is an extra!

A car lost control and drove into the front of my house. It destroyed the front of my house and damaged my front porch badly. Trident Restoration brought my home back to life. They did an amazing & thorough job. I appreciate them and will recommend them to anybody in need. The project manager John Stopera made sure everything was finished to my liking. Justin Remick, who did my repair estimate, is the utmost professional guy I’ve ever met! He answer all my questions during this process & concerns through this project.
