Thank you total water damage restoration Jesse and Dwayne were the best people to work with they definitely put our minds at ease and took care of us, back story we had a leak in our master bathroom that then seeped through and caused a leak in our kitchen, we have home warranty because we just moved into our home so we figured let’s get home warranty to take of this, they sent out a plumber to take a look at our shower which is where the leak was coming from and the plumber one didn’t believe where the leak was coming from and two without warning went to our kitchen area and cut a good chunk of ceiling out the plumber wouldn’t answer my husbands questions and was easily irritated he then told us we would need a restoration company to come out because we had Mold, I don’t know about you but I hear mold I start freaking out because we have kids, later that day they have pristine restoration come out they said yeah that’s mold didnt answer our questions were very rude and just said we’ll get everything settled with your insurance and they left a giant hole in our ceiling and I was like no let’s call and get a second opinion, and that is when I found total water damage restoration Jesse and Dwayne came out and answered all of our questions they made us feel heard and really took care of us I couldn’t be any happier with our decision to choose them for the job!
