We had a house fire where the smoke damage required us to completely gut the interior of our house down to the studs and rebuild. We started the rebuild work with Greg Smith and his team in 2024, when they were originally working for a different restoration company. Unfortunately, that other restoration company went out of business towards the end of our rebuild, creating a confusing situation for everyone involved. Fortunately, Greg and his team transferred our project over to Total Restoration and followed through on finishing the job. It can be difficult navigating through a home rebuild after a fire, but we appreciate the support we got along the way and we're happy to be back in our home now. I'm leaving 5 stars here to recognize the work Greg and his team did to finish our job while working for Total Restoration.

They communicated clearly throughout the process, arrived on time, and made sure every detail was handled with care. We wanted to update a space and kitchen so that we give the future owners many possibilities. This required removing old wallpaper and repainting along with the updating a former pantry into a professional space that could be a pantry, a place to put a refrigerator or a 1st floor laundry stackable. We spec'd what we wanted and the team transformed most of the kitchen . The flooring, sheet rock, trim along with the walls was just what the Kitchen needed.
Total restoration did great work. I called them for help fixing water in the basement and they were here within the hour, had the job scoped, and equipment running right before the long holiday weekend. When their equipment had issues, they sent a crew out first thing on Sunday to fix and were incredibly standup professionals when it came to billing. Todd and Sarah were great to work with. Trust and honesty and quality work are everything in this industry and the team at Total Restoration have earned my business.
The people at Total Restoration are great! I was out of town when I had a AC water emergency in the lower level of my house. I tried a few services first but couldn't find any other company willing to take care of the problem on a Saturday! Total Restoration was right on it which gave me peace of mind because the longer you wait the more damage there is. They came in and got as much water up as they could and then set up powerful fans all over. They also treated the floor with something to keep mold from forming which would be devastating. 4 days later they came back and got the fans. They were very professional and explained everything.
