Titan Restoration of AZ was a pleasure to work with from start to finish! Jose the Branch Manager and his team responded immediately within an hour of the incident. Zach the Estimator was great interacting with Zach was honest and very helpful, especially when it came to dealing with the insurance adjusters. Bob the Superintendent did awesome walking us through the process of the repairs and rebuild of our home. Last but not least, Ricky, Lupita, and there entire crew were amazing! They were very open, honest, respectful, and most importantly they were always communicating with us! I couldn’t be more grateful and thankful to them and all of Titan Restoration of AZ!

From the moment I spoke to Darryl to set up an appointment for our issue I knew I chose the right place. I was contacted by Kyle right away and the next day they were out to evaluate the issue of a bad odor. They came in that weekend, set up their machines, removed bad ceiling tiles, ordered new ceiling tiles and then came back to install them. We were worried about the odor returning during the hot days but they got it right the first time. We are very appreciative of their professionalism, timeliness and clean up. Would highly recommend this company.

After my father passed away earlier this year, I had to manage everything from Pennsylvania while handling his home in Arizona. Titan Restoration made an incredibly difficult situation so much easier for my family. Their team was patient, compassionate, professional, and truly went above and beyond throughout the entire process. I cannot say enough good things about Kyle. He was our estimator and point of contact throughout the entire process, and honestly, he was incredible. Kyle's communication was absolutely on point every step of the way. Being across the country, I relied heavily on updates, honesty, and responsiveness - and Kyle delivered every single time. He answered questions quickly, explained everything clearly, and genuinely cared about helping our family through this difficult situation. I also want to recognize Jose, the project manager, who kept everything moving smoothly and professionally. You can tell he takes pride in the work and truly cares about doing things the right way. And Mike, the floor installer, did an amazing job replacing the flooring. The quality of work exceeded our expectations. Titan didn't just do cleanup — they restored the home with care and dignity. From HVAC cleaning to painting and flooring replacement, every detail was handled professionally and thoroughly. During such a traumatic situation, having a team you can trust means everything. Titan Restoration gets low marks from us after remediation and restoration of our home due to flooding from a water pipe. They were quick to come out during remediation stage and set up fans and dehumidifiers and came back daily to check on progress. Unfortunately, they did not remediate enough of the garage ceiling and missed an area growing mold after the flood. In the restoration phase, the project manager failed to supervise the job for 4 out of 6 weeks, not coming once to the house and leaving it to us to supervise all the subs and address issues of repair, installations and rubbish removal. We had to constantly check in with the project manager to keep the project moving. Would not recommend this company. Titan Restoration- I welcome a conversation with you about the services provided. I called Titan to discuss our experience and my review. Never got a call back.

I recently had a leak at my property at 1AM and called Kari. She immediately got the team out to extract water and start the remediation process. I cannot say enough about Kari, Ronnie, Hector, Angel, Carlos and Zach. They communicated everything every step of the way and the reports I received had everything you could need. My property took VERY little damage due to their swift service. 10 out of 10, highly recommend!!
