I highly recommend Christian and the team at Superior Restoration. They went above and beyond throughout the entire water damage and mold remediation process. From the beginning, Christian was professional, communicative, and genuinely cared about making sure everything was done the right way. As a mom, my biggest concern was making sure my daughter’s room was truly safe again, and they took that seriously. They were thorough, answered all of my questions, and went the extra mile to give me peace of mind instead of just rushing to finish the job. I’m so grateful for their honesty, attention to detail, and the care they showed our family. If you need water damage or mold remediation services, I would absolutely recommend Superior Restoration.
I have a large single family home in the Kahala Wailae Iki area which required a major mold remediation and significant restoration and reconstruction project encompassing several floors. Christian was immediately responsive courteous professional and helpful during a stressful period coordinating the initial evaluation with a mold inspection firm and by far distinguishing himself from two larger companies in terms of approach professionalism and a sincere desire to commit to the process in terms of quality price and outcome that was unmatched. His crew with their care skills and attention to cleanliness and follow-up was superb. His charges are fair equitable and he understands depending on the scope of the project uncertainties which he does well to work with the homeowner. An outside third party mold inspection team praised his work and Christian himself has been the consummate contractor for a process that encompasses both restoration remediation and reconstruction general contracting work.. Christian did an awesome job repairing all the water damage done to my drywall related to an upstairs plumbing leak. To expose the plumbing leak a portion the tile wall adjacent to my bathtub had to be removed. He was able to find a perfect match to replace the removed tiles such that there was no notable difference. He was always responsive, friendly, and reliable. In the past, when I have used other restoration companies, I have had multiple points of contact which made the experience somewhat disjointed. For this project Christian was my sole point of contact. I highly recommend Superior Restoration & Construction
