Igor consistently demonstrated exceptional workmanship and attention to detail. He approached every aspect of his work with professionalism, took pride in the quality of the finished product, and inspired confidence that the job would be completed correctly. Neveah was always courteous, professional, and responsive. She communicated clearly, helped coordinate activities effectively, and made the overall restoration process much easier to navigate. He was dependable, knowledgeable, and maintained excellent communication from beginning to end. Mary Lou was a pleasure to work with. She was professional, organized, and responsive, helping ensure that questions were answered and project details were handled efficiently. Her support contributed significantly to the smooth execution of the restoration. Collectively, this team represented Summit Cleaning & Restoration exceptionally well. Throughout a difficult experience, they consistently demonstrated integrity, professionalism, and a commitment to doing the job right. Their efforts significantly reduced the stress associated with this restoration and restored my confidence that the project was in capable hands. I can’t say enough great things about Summit Cleaning and Restoration! We were out of town with family when we experienced a third loss at our home, and in such a stressful situation, Elaine was the very first person we called. She was incredibly helpful, communicative, and reassuring from the start, making a difficult time feel much more manageable. Jon also came out and assisted us right away, taking the time to make sure we understood everything and helping us feel supported. Even though the loss ended up being small enough for us to handle ourselves and we didn’t need to use their services in the end, Elaine and Jon still went above and beyond to make sure we were taken care of. That level of care and professionalism says everything about the kind of company Summit is. They truly put people first, and I would trust them again and again without hesitation.
