I can’t say enough great things about Summit Cleaning and Restoration! We were out of town with family when we experienced a third loss at our home, and in such a stressful situation, Elaine was the very first person we called. She was incredibly helpful, communicative, and reassuring from the start, making a difficult time feel much more manageable. Jon also came out and assisted us right away, taking the time to make sure we understood everything and helping us feel supported. Even though the loss ended up being small enough for us to handle ourselves and we didn’t need to use their services in the end, Elaine and Jon still went above and beyond to make sure we were taken care of. That level of care and professionalism says everything about the kind of company Summit is. They truly put people first, and I would trust them again and again without hesitation. We recently had a hot water valve break below our kitchen sink and it took a few minutes to get the water shut off and kitchen floor was completely flooded. By then the damage had been done to our kitchen flooring and under the kitchen counters which also leaked into our living room floor. Not really knowing who to call for help and advice our insurance agent called Summit Cleaning and Restoration to our house. Summit was very quick to respond and Mike Dolan was able to answer all the questions we had about the water damage. Mikes boss even showed up at the house to answer questions. Walked us through the whole process of getting our house back together. Great company to have on your side. I would recommend them to anyone who is needing restoration and repair work. After a winter storm in Oregon City, a tree punctured our roof, causing the ceiling to collapse and leaving us with water damage and insulation everywhere. Despite numerous calls that evening, Summit responded and began working immediately. They sent an emergency roofer out that night, even in the rain, and got to work. Emily, our Project Manager, was incredible to work with. She handled communication with our insurance and managed the entire process from start to finish, restoring our dining room to its original condition.

Summit was hands down an amazing company to work with. The mitigation team lead by Jordan was quick and responsive.
