Stover's Restoration

From the moment we had Stover's in to assess our damage they were wonderful to work with. Their staff were all extremely professional and kind - Cody and Terrance especially and the office staff on the phone. They always showed up when they said they would. They answered all our questions. They pointed out parts of the process their company did not handle because they considered it a conflict of interest. They definitely seemed upstanding and honest. They come into a very stressful situation and handled it very well. I truly appreciated all of them through the whole process. I recommend them to anyone!!

Cody and Stover's crew were great to work with. After an unexpected pipe leak they came out within a couple hours of calling and immediately set up fans and dehumidifiers. Because of how quickly and knowledgeable they were we were able to minimize our damages. We truly appreciate the assistance they were able to provide for our home.

We had used stovers, approximately twenty years ago. We were very impressed and happy with the way they handled things then. Unfortunately, we had another situation on the twenty second of this month. With a flooded basement. We called him on short notice. And within three hours, they had a crew out here helping us. The gentleman that they sent out We're very good, moved very quickly, and we're very knowledgeable on what they were doing. And these days, people say young men don't want to work. Well, that does not apply to these two gentlemen. They were absolutely hustling every minute they were here. We give Are thanks to the gentlemen, And it was so refreshing to see somebody that worked as hard as they did. We would never use anybody but Stovers restoration company. Thanks to a great company.

We had never used a restoration company before this when we had a plumbing leak in our basement, our plumber recommended Stover's Restoration. I was surprised how quickly they came out, they checked out the damaged area throughly and set up fans and dehumidifiers to remedy the problem. They set a time when they would return in a couple of days to check the progress, and they came out exactly when they said they would. They removed the carpet that had been damaged and left absolutely no mess. Having something happen to your property that requires the help of a restoration company is traumatic, but I know I would recommend Stover's to anyone who needs their services, because they are excellent and made the whole process an painless as possible.

During the time I was on vacation my hot water tank leaked and flooded 5 rooms in my basement. I came home to a mess! Stovers was recommended by my insurance agent and I'm glad I called them! Terrence and Ethan came out and were very professional and stayed focused on the job. Explained what needed to be done and kept me informed each day. They answered any questions I had along the way. Always showed up when they said they would. I felt i could definitely trust them and their work in my home. I hope I never need restoration services again but if I do, I will be calling Stovers.
