Kyle C. cleaned my air ducts yesterday. He was friendly, professional and knowledgeable. He spent time telling me what the process involved and asked if I had any questions before he started. I did and he answered them. He took great care protecting my wall corners and furniture with plastic shields so the large tube that goes from the truck to the air duct above my furnace in the basement didn’t damage anything. While the big tube sucked out the main system, he went around to all the intake registers and room vents and cleaned them out. He spent a little over 4 hours on a super hot, humid day making sure he was thorough. The AC had to be off and it got up to 87 degrees and 79% humidity in my house and he never complained. He cleaned everything up well when he was finished. He pointed out a couple of issues concerning the inner workings of my air ducts that I was unaware of and can now address. We had a sump pump failure. When we realized there was an issue it was already evening, but Steamatic showed up and got to work. From the initial people who came out that night, to the project management team, to everything in between, I cannot be more pleased. Steamatic made an unfortunate situation run as smoothly as possible. After all the cleanup and new drywall, we called Steamatic to come back to clean out our vents and dryer vents. This team was also great. They followed up with me after the job was done and when I had a few questions about the work, they came back to reassess and re-did the work, no questions asked. I am extremely pleased with my experience working with Steamatic, in all aspects, and will not hesitate to contact them again if needed.
Through an unfortunate water heater death, we ended up with water in our basement. The timeliness, attention to detail, caring team and rechecks were incredible. Shout out to Gwen who handled everything and came to my home to ensure it was all going as planned along with many follow-ups to ensure I was happy. Worst part was calling office, who then asks ops person to call and then an estimator but in the end, very fast estimate, explanation and scheduling Aaron, Zack & Tony are rockstars Hire them with confidence After about 6 hours of demolition, many fans and dehumidifiers running and they gave me a list of general contractors and contractor specialties which is a great resource
