Southeast Restoration

Overall we are very pleased with the process of the restoration and the results. Project Management: Tyler displayed an excellent sense of customer orientation from our first contact with him through the entire process. The planning of the operational tasks was very well done, and when changes had to be made (as they always do) the communication was prompt and understandable. He kept us informed, either personnally or through staff from before startup to the very end. Flooring: Steve Jr. and Antonio were very polite, hard working and open to customer desires. The end results were very good. Some aspects of the job could have been improved though. During the process of skim coating and application of the glue were a little messy, resulting in more cleanup at the end of the job. Some of that cleaning, for example skim coat drops on the molding, had to be done by the restoration workers. Restoration function. This was primarily Gilberto and Josue, plus Kiron at the end. They were all excellent. This included wallboard repair and replacement, mold sanitation, painting, furniture moving, and countless other tasks. Their care and craftmanship for all of these activities was noteworthy. They are clearly proud of their many skills and well deserve to be. Gilberto was was the senior and lead on the job, and was clearly someone with considerable ability to direct the work and please the customer.

My husband and I had the great pleasure of working with Southeast Restoration for our second water leak in 2-1/2 years. Both experiences required replacing the entire first level hardwood floor. The first project in late 2025 was larger and had more dry wall damage. That leak was covered by insurance and Southeast provided a five year warranty on its work and materials. Therefore, when it appeared something was wrong with the floor in early 2026 we called Southeast. The response was immediate. Our second experience had us dealing with Tyler Breeding, Project Manager. He was very professional and communicated with us in detail. Unfortunately, this second water leak claim was denied by the insurance company, and quickly became an out-of-pocket project. Tyler took us step-by-step through the repair and replacement process. He made our lives so much easier. After preliminary meetings with Tyler, we picked out the replacement flooring. Once the work began, the project took only 3 weeks to complete. Plus, we didn't have to move out. The new floor is great. Broadway Flooring did the demolition of the old floor and installation of the new floor - 2 weeks. All work was done by the Nelson family (Stephen Sr., Stephen Jr., and Antonio) who worked very hard and skillfully. I wished they had been a little more careful with cleanup. Tyler's team of Gilberto (who also worked on the first project) and Josue did all the drywall repairs, baseboard rebuilding, painting, and furniture replacement. Their work was magnificent and the cleanup was spot on. We so appreciate everything done in our home to restore it back to its pre-leak condition. If ever we have another leak, Tyler at Southeast will be the first person we contact. Thank all of you for such a quick and professional job.

There was a slow water leak in my guest bath. Southeast Restoration is doing the restoration work. So far, Dylan and Tristen have completed the demolition part of the repair. Drywall had to be completely removed from one wall, as well as the sink, cabinet and countertop. They were efficient, polite, & left my home clean and ready for the rebuild.

I had water damage caused by AC unit.The group at SE Restoration were excellent.They came when the said they would and above all they were very pleasant and meticulous in the set up and clean up.

They recently helped mitigate a failed washing machine at my house. Prices were reasonable and Joshua was great and upfront during my estimate, and itemized as requested. The craft that did the repairs quickly and Briana was great and responsive on any payment coordination. I definately reccomend them as an option that should be considered.
