SKY Restoration DKI

I highly recommend this company for flood restoration. Our commercial building got 3-4 feet of water inside during a flood which completely destroyed everything inside. SKY Restoration DKI was able to get started on the job ASAP. They cleared out all contents, made the flood cuts, got all drying equipment inside and underneath, monitored moisture levels and mold, treated with antimicrobial, and provided follow up testing to ensure the restoration was complete and we would have no future issues with mold. They sent updates almost daily of the progress. They exceeded our expectations in terms of thoroughness and timeliness of the work.

My experience started off great, but then the ball was dropped. There was a lack of communication between the workers and myself. Which caused a lot of unnecessary stress and confusion. Finally the company sent a young man named Felix to get everything worked out. Felix was very kind and professional. He listened to my concerns and was able to come up with a solution to my problems. He took time to actually listen to my concerns and by doing so, was able to demonstrate his awesome customer service skills and willingness to go beyond to make sure the customer is happy and taken care of. Just wanted to take time to brag on this young man for his hard work and dedication to his job and the customer. I sent an email to the company Acknowledging this young man’s kindness and performance, and to thank the company for fixing my issues so quickly, but had no response so I want to publicly acknowledge him myself! Way to go Felix! Keep up the good work young man.

A couple of weeks ago, I woke up on a Friday morning and realized water was coming up through my floor. I immediately panicked and had no idea what to do. My husband told me to call a water restoration company, so I found SKY Restoration DKI in Smiths Grove and called their office. Within an hour, Christie Wilborn was at my house. Christie was truly the calm in the middle of my storm. She looked me in the eyes, grabbed my hands, and told me, “This is going to be okay. We’re here to fix it. I’ve got you.” From that moment on, she has been incredible. She has answered every question I’ve had, shown up when she said she would, and done exactly what she said she was going to do. I honestly do not know what I would have done without Christie supervising the mitigation process in my home. She is such an asset to SKY Restoration DKI and I cannot say enough good things about her or about this company. She is professional, kind, dependable, knowledgeable, and exactly the kind of person you want helping you through a stressful situation like this. They are getting ready to start the repair phase of my home next week, and I look forward to continuing to work with SKY Restoration DKI. I would absolutely recommend them to anyone needing restoration or repair services. Christie is truly a cornerstone of this company, and I hope they know what a blessing she is to their team.

The demolition phase has been great! I had water damage from a water heater. I called and they came the same day. Employees are very friendly, and worked really hard to get the job done. I would highly recommend them.

After our water heater sprung a leak. We called DKI to come to our rescue. The gentlemen that came out were very professional and courteous. They took their time to ensure no moisture was missed. Once they located all the water they got to work. They ripped out our flooring and got us set up with air movers and dehumidifier’s. It took most of the weekend but they got us dried out. They helped make our disaster less stressful. Thank you DKI and Sky Restoration for all your hard work!
