Shane and his men, Ed and Dave, were amazing from start to finish! They explained everything that they were doing and why, and were clean, professional, prompt and courteous. They managed to completely dry out my flooring and save us a lot of extra work and money. There’s no other company I’d recommend other than Single Source.

I can’t say enough good things about Single Source Disaster Recovery. Late at night, around 11:30 PM, I got a call from my tenant saying their steam radiator boiler was shooting water like a fountain. I was an hour away with limited visibility into the situation, and after having them shut off the water main, I knew I needed help fast. Single Source returned my initial call within about 20 minutes, which alone was a huge relief. Later, around 2:00 AM, when I still couldn’t get an emergency plumber due to the extreme cold we’ve been having, I called Eric again. Despite the hour, he was calm, professional, and incredibly helpful. He walked me through exactly what to do in an extended no-heat situation to make sure my pipes didn’t freeze or burst overnight. That guidance likely prevented far more serious damage. By dinner time the very next day, all water-logged belongings had been removed, drying equipment was set up, rugs were already being restored, and the space was well on its way back to normal. They went above and beyond to get the work done in a very timely manner and I am more than pleased. I am over the moon. The last year and a half has been rough for me having lost my husband to a very rare disease, only to find my kitchen and basement damaged by water. We feel so fortunate to have selected Single Source when a waterline broke in our home flooding our kitchen and entire in law apartment. Their response was rapid with Eric leading the group that carefully evaluated the extent of the damage, drilling small holes to determine how far water had travelled and only cutting walls that were clearly beyond repair. They worked methodically drying things out and monitoring and reevaluating the situation on a daily basis. He also worked seamlessly with the insurance adjuster and our insurance company making the extent of the damage and cost of rehabilitation clear to them . We were so happy with how Single Source handled this first phase of our disaster that they were our only choice for the reconstruction phase our home. Company owner Mike stepped in to lead the reconstruction and we could not have been happier with the process and the results. He laid out a plan that allowed us to remain in our home during the reconstruction and lead an outstanding team of professionals. We have never worked with such a skilled, polite and conscientious group of craftsmen.
