Absolutely terrible. Paid tremendous fees for their service and still did a terrible job. Didn't clean areas, uncoordinated, and even after pointing out mistakes, they still didn't fix them. Would never hire again and would never recommend to anyone. Complete waste of money.
I had no choice but to use this overpriced company due to sewage in my finished basement, and they were the only ones available. They overcharged me by $3-5K and demanded half the payment upfront, even though my insurance adjuster was coming the next day. I was told I'd lose my spot in line if I didn't pay immediately. My pricing concerns are based on previous interactions my insurance company has had with Servpro. They refused to let my insurance company pay the balance, knowing insurers can typically negotiate lower prices. I was also promised a Lien Waiver, which they now refuse to provide, along with a credit they owe me for 5 fans out of 27 (which seemed excessive) and a dehumidifier that wasn't even plugged in or turned on. This request wasn't unreasonable considering the significant amount involved. They padded the invoice to make it appear I benefited, and when I asked for the credit, they claimed that was already my credit. They exploit people during their worst moments. Words like work ethic, compassion, and fairness don't seem to exist in their vocabulary. Avoid Servpro at all costs!
The gentlemen from ServPro came from Kentucky to the flooded area of Milwaukee and Waukesha Wisconsin to assist in clean up. They did an excellent job in the clean up removing everything from the basement that I requested. They evaluated the water and any possible mold areas and removed and sprayed everything that could have caused an issue. After removing the fans and dehumidifiers they cleaned up and swept the basement floor. I would like to give a personal thanks to Michael, Christopher and Jessi for the excellent work they preformed. They were true Southern Gentlemen
Mike and his crew did an amazing job. Hard working, polite, and very professional. They made my house livable again. Worth every penny.
I had the pleasure of working with Jasmyne Napier at Servpro, and I can’t say enough good things about the experience. From the very beginning, Jasmyne made everything incredibly easy and stress-free. Her customer service is top-notch—she was friendly, professional, and always quick to respond to any questions I had. You can tell she really cares about the people she’s helping and takes pride in what she does. The entire process went smoothly from start to finish. It’s rare to find someone who combines great communication with real follow-through, but Jasmyne nailed it. If you ever need help from Servpro, I highly recommend asking for her. She truly made a difficult situation so much easier to deal with.
About SERVPRO of Warren County
SERVPRO of Warren County is a locally based restoration provider operating from 1999 River Street in Bowling Green, Kentucky. The team focuses on two core areas of recovery for homeowners and business owners, water damage restoration and fire damage restoration. With around-the-clock availability, the business responds to emergencies at any hour, day or night, to help limit damage and begin the recovery process as quickly as possible.
Water damage restoration typically begins with immediate steps to stop ongoing water intrusion and to reduce further loss. For local property owners this means emergency extraction and removal of standing water, followed by structural drying and dehumidification to remove hidden moisture. Technicians commonly monitor moisture levels to guide drying, address affected building materials, and coordinate the safe handling and movement of contents when necessary. Early intervention is emphasized to reduce long term issues and to restore habitability.
Fire damage restoration often requires both rapid stabilization and longer term cleaning and repair. For customers this generally includes securing affected areas, removing debris, and cleaning soot and smoke residues from structural surfaces and personal property when possible. Odor control and targeted cleaning methods are used to reduce lingering smoke smells, and efforts are made to help property owners recover belongings and prepare structures for next steps in the rebuild. Timely communication with homeowners during this process helps keep restoration priorities clear and manageable.
Public feedback is reflected in an overall Google rating of 4.5 based on 143 reviews. Many reviewers express appreciation for prompt responses, clear communication with homeowners and insurers, and attention from office and field staff during emergency situations. Several comments highlight professionalism and a strong work ethic among crews who worked to restore livability after water or fire events. These themes suggest a focus on rapid mobilization and ongoing updates while on a job.
At the same time, some customers have raised concerns regarding pricing, billing practices, and the consistency of work performed. A few reviews describe dissatisfaction with costs or with follow up on items that were missed during initial work. Prospective customers and property owners are encouraged to discuss scope, timeline, and billing questions up front when scheduling service, and to use the company contact at the Bowling Green location to clarify expectations before and during a project.
