The crew worked together for several days for the remediation and were very respectful and thorough. I was especially impressed by Maddie. She was extremely professional, and was wonderful at leading her team while being extremely communicative. I was very impressed by her.
Tondy inspected my attic from raccoons damage and was extremely informative and kind! She answered all my (and my 8 year olds) questions and has checked back in with me a few times incase we had more questions. The attention to detail with the inspection and customer service is an ♡♡☆☆☆☆☆♡♡ kind of rating.
Scott Acklin and Tyler Halliburton worked in my home put Sheetrock up in my bathroom and went above and beyond the call of duty. They were able to pinpoint a place where the rain started to come in on the roof and as they were working and worked with the roofer to pinpoint a spot that he had missed that was still leaking. They were very respectful of my home and very respectful to me, an elderly woman and cleaned up the mess beautifully. I could not ask for anyone better to fix my home. Thank you. Update: we have since this needed Servpro again. As before they went above and beyond. Noah and Evan removed Sheetrock from my bathroom ceiling that had molded from a roof leak. They were polite, conscientious, and did a great job. They were in and out so quickly, I was amazed. They may have actually left the room cleaner than when they arrived.
Johnathan, Noah, and Evan were absolutely amazing. they were all very thorough and very easy to work with including detailed explanation. They have truly made this experience top notch.! I will always recommend them to friends and family!
One of the worst contractor experiences I've had and I do multiple renovations per year. My tenants caused a fire in our rental property in March of 2025. I called ServPro who gave me an estimate quickly and said they could begin the job at soon as the tenants were out and it would take 3 weeks. As soon as we received the all clear from the fire investigators from both insurance companies we gave ServPro the go ahead to get started at the end of April 2025. They were aware that I lived out of state and was relying on proactive communication to keep me updated on progress. The 3 weeks of mitigation turned into 2.5 months during which time I was passed between 3 different project managers who never knew what was going on with my house anytime I asked. Every time I could get ahold of someone they would apologize profusely for how badly managed my project was, swear this was not how they do business, promise that they would get to then bottom of things and then low and behold I wouldn't hear from them again and the updates that were promised would never come. I finally gave up on them and decided to go with a different contractor for the restoration phase because of their horrible communication. Unfortunately now that the project is finally done and work is complete 9 months later, the total bill for all work reimbursed by insurance exceeds the thresholds that my mortgage holder will pay out without signed invoices from the contractors. My contractor that did the restoration phase signed the paid invoices within 24 hours. I'm now on day 8 of emailing and calling ServPro Springfield because no one will sign the invoices or get back to me. I have a check for multiple thousand dollars to reimburse me for work on a house that has been costing me over a thousand dollars to sit empty for 11 months now and I can't get it cashed because ServPro can't be bothered to docusign paid invoices from last July and August. Do not do business with this company if you value your sanity.
