INTEGRITY you don't find a lot these days ! THEY COULD HAVE EASILY HAVE TAKEN THE JOB, AND I WOULD HAVE BEEN NONE THE WISER. A stark contrast to "another company" I called out. 5 STARTS for being: Honest, Professional. I Highly Recommend them! After a plumber suggested I needed a restoration company for a shower leak, I called Servpro for a second opinion. (I was familiar with their name in reputation. I only had the first company come out because it was recommended by the plumber : / ) The owner personally came out and performed a thorough, complimentary inspection of the shower wall and surrounding areas (even the adjacent walls and other rooms) using specialized moisture meters. He quickly determined that everything was completely dry and that no restoration or remediation was needed. Servpro's honesty and integrity are truly outstanding, especially compared to other companies that quickly offered expensive "bids." They saved me unnecessary cost and effort. Their reputation is well-deserved. If you want an honorable company you can trust, call Servpro! It's saved me THOUSANDS of dollar$.
