Fantastic Service and great communication! Their team came out and took care of a mold issue that we found out we had before we sold our house. They made it stress free and did great work! Highly recommended 🙌
Had our entire house flooded due to a water main break. I’ll give them this much credit.. they did Show up to our house promptly and put fans in for 4 days and did a little moisture vacuuming… basically the bare minimum. For this we were charged $5000 incl tax. Our insurance claim was complicated… we had to have a large loss adjuster, a personal property adjuster and a civil engineer fly in from out of state to review our damage and on top of that we have to work with the city because it was a city water main that broken who requires two estimates for any repair work…this happened a few days before thanksgiving and we only just heard about an amount we might get a few days before Christmas so to try and get issued a check from insurance we constantly ran into people taking vacations or just being closed for days at a time. Also We asked Servpro for an estimate for the rest of the repairs we needed and they just ghosted us. Never provided an estimate. Just sent a $5000 bill for 4 days of fans. and when We tried to reach out to ask for a little more time to sort through this (like a Couple weeks at most) they threatened to send us to collections if we were even a day late with the payment. I’m sure someone will respond saying they did the work and we owe the money which I’m not disputing… but a little damn compassion and a couple weeks more time to sort through this would’ve cost them nothing. Now I have to pay this out of pocket. If this sounds like great service to you, by all means give them a call. But never again will I reach out to them,
Serve Pro did a great job for us. A water pipe broke in our house, Serve Pro responded in less that 90 minutes after the call. They got all the water out, removed damaged sheet rock, carpet, flooring, and hauled it all off. They set up fans and dehumidifiers. They delivered a container to our drive way, and packed out our household contents. It was a big mess, mitigation took about 3 weeks, but they did a great job. We had a different contractor do the repairs to the house. After repairs, Serve Pro came back to unpack our household goods and unload the container. While unpacking we discovered what a great job they did packing things. Most of our items were double or triple wrapped with blankets and / or bubble wrap. So we had no serious damage to any our household contents. The Serve Pro staff was very careful and considerate our stuff. They even helped us place felt pads on our furniture legs (as we unloaded) so we did not damage our new wood floors. A big “shout-out” to Justin who not only help with mitigation (on the front end) but did a great job leading the crew unloading of our household contents (on the back end). Also another “shout-out” the crew working with Justin; Jesus, Edwin, and Chris. Serve Pro also worked with our Insurance company on payments. We are very happy with the service we received from Serve Pro.
Updated: Rebuild- We’ve had such a great experience working with Joel and Miguel on our rebuild project. From the very beginning, they have been incredibly professional, kind, and hardworking. Miguel assisted on the first day to get things started but Joel handled the rest of the project on his own and did an outstanding job. The quality of Joel’s work truly exceeded our expectations. He repaired and painted our ceiling/walls so beautifully that it actually looks better than it did before the flood damage. His attention to detail, craftsmanship, and pride in his work really stand out. Joel clearly cares about doing things right, and it shows in every part of the job. We’re almost finished with the project, with just the carpet replacement left, and we couldn’t be happier with Joel’s work. He has gone above and beyond to make everything perfect. We’re so appreciative of his effort, professionalism, and dedication. If you’re lucky enough to have Joel working on your home, you can trust that you’ll be in excellent hands. Water/mold mitigation- Joesph, Justin, and Chris with SERVPRO of Rio Rancho/Sandoval County provided truly outstanding water/mold mitigation services. They were thorough, professional, knowledgeable, and courteous throughout the entire process. They kept us informed every step of the way and took the time to explain each process clearly. Their flexibility was greatly appreciated, as they worked seamlessly alongside other contractors who were addressing different issues in our home. We are extremely grateful for their help and highly recommend SERVPRO of Rio Rancho/Sandoval County.
We just spent a month working with a team (Justin, Joseph, and Chris), they were so efficient in wrapping and protecting our furniture, locating the water damages, drying, extracting and removing damaged glued oak floors and portions of the walls, and staying in touch daily. We would recommend them and welcome them back should we ever have another emergency. Men of integrity are hard to find, thank you guys for your work ethics. We haven't seen the bill yet, so I'm sorry we can't answer the question on the charge, but I'm sure they are fair, considering all they did.

When water damage occurs, property owners can expect a structured mitigation process designed to limit further harm and begin recovery. Typical steps include an initial assessment, removal of standing water, controlled demolition of irreparably damaged materials, and the deployment of drying equipment and dehumidifiers to restore proper moisture levels. For many homes, contents may need to be packed out, inventoried, and protected during the drying phase. The goal of these measures is to stabilize the property, reduce the risk of secondary issues such as mold, and prepare the space for full restoration or repair work.
Fire damage restoration involves a different set of priorities, beginning with securing the property and assessing structural and smoke related damage. Cleanup can include removal of soot and charred materials, deodorization to address smoke odors, and stabilization of affected areas to prevent further deterioration. Restoration work is often coordinated to preserve salvageable materials and to ready the property for rebuilding or repair. For local owners facing the aftermath of a fire, this process aims to return living spaces to a safe and functional condition in a careful, methodical way.
