Good Morning, My experience with Servpro over these past couple of days is one of the best I’ve ever had with any company regarding their ability to quickly understand the situation I was in when I called it in to them, they’re initial response time to to be onsite and how quickly Joe, Servpro’s technician assessed the issue then quickly resolve the situation I was in. I accidentally spilled a thick 6 foot plus area of paint on a cement slab which was in the sun drying quickly and as time went on was going become more difficult to remove especially in how close this spill was in proximity to the house. This is why Servpro’s response time was so important to address this situation. I knew from the onset this situation wasn’t going to be an easy one to address. When Joe, Servpro’s technician arrived, he quickly assessed the situation Then came up with a multifaceted approach to address the issue. As I watched I quickly understood that this had to be addressed in stages rather than one quick solution. My experience has most always has been when it comes to quickly identifying, planning then resolving any situation is that it almost never is just about resources itself rather it’s more about “resourcefulness” which is what Servpro’s technician Joe demonstrated over these past couple of days to address and resolve this issue. Anyone that owns a home or business, is either a person or Real Estate company that owns a single or multiple homes or businesses that ends up in my situation, flooded basements, or businesses with any related disasters that any of us can get hit by at any given time should be making it a point to call Servpro to address most any moderate or disaster related situation you may find yourself in. Servpro’s entire approach as it pertains to Initially understanding the situation I was in when I called it in to them, then quickly dispatched to the project management team which resulted in a direct correlation of their response time and their ability to resolve my situation completely in a very “cost-effective manner.” I’ve made it a point to let anyone I know that owns a home, homes or business to be sure to give Servpro an opportunity to resolve any disaster related situation they may find themselves in for sure.!!! Excellent service in a flooded bathroom. They came immediately, cleaned everything and did a great job. I commend Michael, Dominic and James in particular for their kindness.

I cannot say enough great things about ServPro. We had a sewer discharge emergency on a Sunday morning. I contacted Rui and he told me that Zach would be contacting me within 10 minutes. Zach called me, in under 10 minutes, and started the process for the clean up. He sent Domonic and Randol to the site within 30 minutes. They were extremely thorough in cleaning and disinfecting the property. Their communication skills and workmanship were impeccable. I am extremely happy with ServPro.

Ivan, Freddy and Jose are very professional. Freddy and Jose were excellent at keeping the area they were working in very neat and clean. The entire time they were here they were very polite and it shows that they take pride in their work. Also, Miguel and Rudy were very helpful with our questions. Miguel is very polite, knowledgeable and has a great work ethic. On the phone he said he'd be at my house for 10am to pick up equipment and was here early. I had a shower drain break in my condo and leaked into my kitchen ceiling, and out of the light fixtures. I was contacted by Zachary Carden. He took total control of a bad situation and assured me that he would take care of everything. Well, he did as he said. He sent two men over the next day Yohan and Tomas for demo work. Both men were nonstop in their work and very meticulous. I also want to thank Miguel G for taking the equipment out of the workspace in a timely fashion and answering all my questions. Hats off to the great work ethics of these 4 men. Today I had Steve DeMagistris the reconstruction coord. come by and once again I was not disappointed. Steve was very helpful in explaining the next phase in the process I will be going through. The professionalism and attention to detail and answering all my questions put me at ease. On the way out he handed me his card and told me if there were any problems to give him a call. AMAZING.
