The pack-out and pack-in service from My Father’s Home was excellent from start to finish. The team was professional, organized, and handled all of our belongings with great care. They made what could have been a stressful process so much easier by communicating clearly and working efficiently. Everything was returned in great condition, and they took the time to make sure everything was placed where it belonged. This review deserves two 5-star ratings because I’ve used this company on two separate occasions, one year apart, and they exceeded my expectations both times. I have moved across the country several times and many with the states (25 moves at least). Last year, my landlord hired them to remove furniture and household items from our unit. Marcos led the crew, and from the moment they arrived, they were professional, respectful, hardworking, and incredibly careful with everything they handled. Their customer service was exceptional. This year, after we signed another one-year lease, I had even more items that needed to be removed. Esperanza came out first to take inventory. She arrived on time, was organized, carefully reviewed everything on my list, and documented it with photos. On moving day, Marcos returned with Emily, Jonathan, Rene, Ernesto, and Daniel. I was genuinely happy to see the same crew again—it says a lot about a company when they retain such great employees. What impresses me most is their professionalism. They have always been on schedule, and on the rare occasion they’re running behind, they take the time to call and let me know. That level of communication shows they truly respect their customers’ time. The team works quickly and efficiently, but they never sacrifice quality. They are extremely careful with furniture and belongings, treating everything with the same care I would. Since I manage my landlord’s property as if it were my own, I really appreciate working with people who have that same level of respect. One thing that really stood out: they accidentally loaded an item that was supposed to stay behind. Instead of waiting for me to discover it, they called me the very same day and brought it back immediately. That kind of honesty and accountability is rare. When it’s time to empty my storage unit and move into my new business, there is no question who I’ll be calling. They’ve earned my trust, and I’ll continue recommending them to anyone looking for an outstanding moving company. I don’t hand out 5-star reviews easily. In fact, this company deserves 10 stars. I had amazing 5 star service from Serv Pro Point Loma. I had fire damage due to a Lithium Battery explosion. My Rep. Esperanza held my hand through the entire process. She gave me her cell phone number so I could communicate with her anytime that I had questions or needed updates. Flo who directed her team on packing up all the contents in my home was very personal, professional, and took exceptional care with the organization and care of my belongings. Also directed the fire damage smoke mitigation and clean up. Flo actually was the star of the show. Thank you Flo! Last but not least Rene. Rene delivered and set up my contents with a great attitude and professionalism. I could tell that all Serve Pro employees were very happy doing their jobs and that Serve Pro Point Loma must take care of their employees well.
