SERVPRO of Omaha Northwest

After a leak from our washer we did two things: we did our best to contain and cleanup the water, and then we called ServPro (based on a great experience we had in another state 25 years ago). It’s wonderful to have the peace of mind knowing we won’t have future mold/mildew problems. The entire team we saw over the past week as things got dried out were all courteous and professional, including Colton, Lucas, Luis, Cheyenne, Jake, and a few others I forgot to note their names.

ServPro has been extremely helpful with the remediation after our house fire. Rylee, Brittany and Jasmine were friendly kind and understanding. It was such a shock to see our home contents put into boxes. They packed up each room carefully and respectfully. Rylee fed our horses every morning until we were able to get them boarded. That allowed us to stay at our rental house in the morning. A big helping of gratitude for the ladies at ServPro.

DISASTER is not a strong enough word to describe the work and service provided by SERVPRO of Omaha Northwest. If you don't want to be lied too - don't use SERVPRO of Omaha Northwest If you like to have phone calls and text messages returned in a timely manner - don't use SERVPRO of Omaha Northwest If you like to have work completed in a timely manner, not many months later - don't use SERVPRO of Omaha Northwest If you feel like you should have at least 24 hours to review and pay the bill - don't use SERVPRO of Omaha Northwest. We received the initial bill for the water mitigation part via email at 2:37 PM one day, then we got a phone call at 10:37 AM the very next day from SERVPRO of Omaha Northwest accounting, asking when we are going to pay the bill. I'm like seriously!?!?! You don't even give your customers 24 hours to review the bill, before you start harassing them for payment? This is one of those times, I wish I had a time machine and I could go back in time and pick any other mitigation and construction company other than SERVPRO of Omaha Northwest.

We had a toilet backup and overflow in the middle of the night. I called ServePro and they arrived same day. They were professional and thorough. Their estimate was clear and each line item made sense even to a guy who’s never dealt with this stuff before. Their follow up communication was timely too. Overall a really great experience!

I want to give a heartfelt review for Lathe, the owner of ServPro. He personally came to my house to inspect a roof leak I was experiencing, and I was incredibly impressed by his professionalism and genuine care. From the moment he arrived, he made me feel completely comfortable and took the time to thoroughly explain everything about the repair process, ensuring I fully understood what needed to be done. What truly stood out to me was Lathe’s honesty and integrity. Despite the fact that I am a woman, he didn’t try to take advantage or overcharge me. Instead, he honestly suggested that it might be more cost-effective for my husband to perform the work, and he even went a step further by providing us with a detailed layout and instructions on how to do the project ourselves if we chose to. Lathe’s dedication, transparency, and genuine concern for his customers are truly commendable. It’s rare to come across a business owner who operates with such honesty and integrity.
