SERVPRO of North Raleigh

ServePro did a fantastic job with my mitigation and restoration. The night of the event they worked through the night and early morning to clean up the water and set up all the fans. Michael was nice and easy to work with. He was patient and explained the process to me and was able to get all repairs done under a tight timeline. Roger’s team did a fantastic job with my painting and repair work. Josh with Southern Living Flooring did an amazing job with my floor installation. I would definitely use ServPro and their contractors again.

We are switching contractors from ServPro after starting with them and I wanted to do them the service of writing why and emphasizing what they did very well. First of all, the folks from the North Raleigh location were 100% professional, responsive, and courteous through the entire process. They clearly knew what they were doing in addressing the drying process for our house (flooded by a refrigerator water service line burst). Their teams were well run, efficient, quick, and again, always professional. The reason we are switching to another contractor, and hence the 4 and not 5 stars, is that we started to feel out of control of the process very quickly. We have a lot of custom work in the kitchen that we're trying to restore, and ServPro's answers were always, "we're going to have our team deal with that" and rushing us along as fast as possible. There are certain circumstances, such as if one owned a rental and just wanted a good, serviceable job done as fast as possible. However, this is our relatively newly renovated kitchen that we'd had custom carpentry and specific flooring picked out for and it kept feeling like I was running to make sure that things didn't happen that we didn't want to happen. Further, the repair work as scheduled was going to be significantly more disruptive to our kids' lives than the flooding event was, and we needed a little time to prepare for that. I don't think ServPro is really set up to be responsive that way. So we are switching to a local contractor who was being more responsive to our concerns. If I needed fast, efficient, professional, diligent work done and didn't have quite so much emotionally invested in the result, I would absolutely use ServPro North Raleigh again. For this job, they weren't the right fit for us.

The ServPro Mitigation team did a fantastic job restoring our home. Broken pipe damaged 5 rooms in our home, plus the exterior siding and crawlspace. ServPro team was quick thorough knowledgeable and friendly. They did a great job keeping us informed at each stage and worked closely with our Insurance agent to ensure we were covered properly at each step. Rooms all look new now. Great team to work with!

Very professional, informative, and efficient. Jake and the entire Servpro teams got the work done in timely and professional manner. Even helped to navigate through my emotional moments at times. The work and the time that it took to complete the job was worth everything it cost. These men and women did an amazing job and I’m most grateful that they provided us with the service and support we needed in our crisis. It was a lot but team work made it happen in a timely manner.
