Just recently needed the services of Servpro for a rather nasty problem in our basement. The team of Nate and Destin were the absolute best!! Efficient, courteous, quick. Can not recommend them and the company any higher! You all are the best!! Thank you

Absolutely horrible experience!! They had an amazing technician named Justin who walked me through the inital phase of work. He called and texted daily to determine my work schedule so that he could meet me at home to check on the equipment and water. He left for some reason and all hell broke loose. One guy showed up to my house to demo the wet wall and insulation who had no business being by himself without supervision. He demo half the wet material and to keep the house from taking on cold from the freezing temperatures these last few weeks, they were supposed to install a vapor barrier and vent the area with a hose and dehumidifier. Instead he borrowed my staple gun and put up a few pieces of plastic but did not cover the entire area. Where the cold air was coming in the house, he took some of the wet insulation and stuffed it in the holes and left. I have reached out to the company with no response. I did get a phone call in the middle of the day at work asking me if I can leave work and meet them at the house to collect their equipment and I stated that I would meet them at the house if they were coming to fix this botched job. I haven't heard from them since. See the attach midigation work and tell me if this is appropriate work? Somebody needs to go find that technician named Justin and pay him whatever it takes to come back and help them get their stuff straightened out.

Jason, the project manager, was fantastic throughout. Accessible, flexible, and very good at following up with me and a third party assessor. He knows what he’s talking about industry wise, but I never felt talked down to or like I was being jargon’d to death or squeezed for more money. On top of that, the crew assigned to our project was amazing. Matt and Trent were kind, efficient, receptive and even sweet to our dog! They withstood a barrage of questions from the whole family. A nice touch, Matt would call and check in just before arrival in case something came up.

A contractor was working in my cellar and hit our waterline coming into the house and could not find where to turn off the water at the road. This resulted in my finished cellar having 4inchs of water across the entire cellar, ruining our carpet, baseboards, and sheet rock, as well as furniture, and items stored in the cellar, the crew came in some days only Juan & Devin other days we would have 4 or 5 days of workers doing remediation, It was 2 weeks they worked cleaning my cellar first removing the water, then trying to dry out everything, for a week and a 1/2 we had 32 fans going and 3 industrial dehumidifiers running 24/7. They were professional Juan checked with me each morning when they arrived letting me know what they would be working on that day and he also checked in with me each night before leaving for the day letting me know what they completed for that day. Matt the project manager, checked in with us every couple days as well. I highly recommend.

Our team of technicians, Jason, Nate and Sam responded to our water damage issue quickly. They handled the situation professionally and with expertise. The cleanup went according to plan and was resolved per the time period that Jason suggested. We couldn’t be happier with the end result. We used ServPro in the past and hopefully won’t need again in the future, but if we experience another emergency situation, we know who to call again!
