If I could give them 0, I would. Experienced flooding due to my washing machine malfunctioning. They came quickly to do measurements but everything after that was downhill. I had to keep calling to get my estimate. Then realized they missed a major area that got damaged. They told me to send a photo and that should be enough. They took a week to tell me they had to come back to actually take measurements, despite me calling numerous times asking when I’d have my estimate. Then the day came that they were to come and take final measurements and they never did. I canceled them and went with a much better company (independent restoration services), but the damage had been done. After a week and a half or so of these guys dodging me, so much mold had already grown. It created an absolute nightmare for me. Please do not go with this company. Times like this are stressful enough. You shouldn’t have to make sure they’re doing the most basic aspects of their jobs!! Absolutely infuriated, go elsewhere.

We had a pipe burst in our basement and tony from serv pro was absolutely phenomenal in helping us get our basement back in good standings. He was super friendly and had amazing communication!

Kyle and his crew were extremely polite, listening to my concerns and explaining every step. They worked very efficiently and completed the basement tear out in an extremely timely manner. I would recommend Serv Pro to anyone in need . Thanks you Phill

I used Servpro of North Kenosha County at the recommendation of my insurance company after experiencing water damage in my partially finished basement from failed sump pumps this past December. I had timely response from the project manager that morning. The demo workers overall did a good job on what was done and were nice to work with. What I would recommend if you work with this Servpro is reviewing the detailed estimate you receive for accuracy of work done and if further communication is needed, both calling them and following up with documentation of those conversations and keeping those for record. I received a verbal estimate and plan of work to be done which I would expect is standard in such an urgent situation to minimize general damage. Quick summary of the work - carpet and baseboard removal, partially removing drywall and insulation where needed, venting drywall where no insulation, and cleaning, treating, and drying to prevent mold. When I received the detailed estimate from my insurance company and general invoice from Servpro approximately a week after the work was completed, I reviewed the detailed estimate and found discrepancies on the work done and what was charged. After about 2 months of back and forth communication we resolved everything and full, adjusted payment was issued but I walked away feeling like Servpro was more focused on getting money - any money - than making sure I was being invoiced accurately for the work done. In what was already an incredibly stressful time and situation, this experience did not help. Other professionals I worked with from this situation invoiced accurately, got paid fully, and immediately and would recommend using - such as Master Services Plumbing. Though there is still more work to be done on my basement I will not be using Servpro of North Kenosha County.

It was a terrible trying to get my basement done and finished in a timely matter. Communication could’ve been better with the office or management. I think if it wasn’t for Tim I would probably still be waiting. He repeatedly reached out to me and seemed to stay on top of things. Out of everyone I dealt with for the year it took to get it done, it really seemed like he cared and did a great job on the work. I think he deserves a better position than just a worker. In the end I was satisfied although it was a bumpy road
