On April 14,2025 we had a Hailstorm come through Hurricane Wv it Devastated my Home Roof,Windows and Siding everything had to be replaced my Insurance Company turned me onto Servpro we knew it was going to be a Challenge because there were so many Houses in the area that were damaged by the time it was all said and Done the Teasy Valley Crew had my Stripped and put back together in No Time between the Heat and the Cold these Guys Stayed Right with it and Now I Have the Best Looking House in our area Thank You SERVPRO FOR YOUR TALENTS AND FRIENDSHIP. Jasmine and Vicky were sent to rescue our home from the devastation heavy black smoke from a grease fire caused. The worst part was the fact that we had just completed restoration of the main level of our home and it was fresh and beautiful. After the fire it was marred by blackened smoke and oily residue on everything. These 2 special ladies worked what seems like a miracle. They worked tirelessly giving us back our home. They not only rescued our home, they rescued our spirit. Their dedication and hardwork did what the company they represent advertises, "As if it never happened."

My basement was flooded due to a break in the WV American Water line on April 30th in Kanawha City. SERVPRO was here in no time to take of the mess for me. Tim explained everything that was going to be done. The girls came and emptied everything out and put it into my garage. They were hard at it until everything was removed. Then Tim came back with George, Jeremiah and Cam to get started on removing walls, tile and anything else that needed removed before the contractors could start. George and Jeremiah worked hard every day they were here they never stopped until everything was done and cleaned up. Everyone was so nice and informed me of everything that done. I highly recommend these guys, Thanks again for a job well done!!

Had a water leak that went from the second floor to our first floor causing substantial damage to the floor and ceiling in our home while we were out of town. The Servpro team, George, Michael, & Jeremiah were able to show up within a couple hours of my first phone call and get the problem under control. George was very professional, made good recommendations, kept everything contained and clean, and was able to help us out of a bad situation. Great work guys & thank you again.

Marcus and Damon were phenomenal to work with. They communicated well, set expectations well and went above and beyond anything I would have expected from a work crew. They were very professional and made a difficult situation into something almost pleasant! If you need a job done diligently and quickly, this is the team you want. Sherry who works in the office did a great job of keeping me informed with frequent calls to make sure everything was on track and to be sure I was aware of scheduling updates.
