I had servpro do some remediation work for a leak that was in the basement and they did a pretty good job. The communication and customer service was amazing. I had expressed my concerns about a lot of things, and they were able to solve it. Huge shout out to Jon (John) and Marc (Mark) for doing the majority of the scrub work for my floors, debris, and cleaning (basically everything). Alan for managing the whole project and having great communication regarding my concerns. Steve for helping with the insulation and double checking to make sure everything fit right. And also Adam and Tony for coming in and checking in on their peers and helping out with how to go about a problem (the rust issue).

After finding a water tank leak in my basement one evening, I called my oil company, and they sent a technician who repaired a failed pipe and got the system going again. The next morning, I called SERVPRO of Lowell, and within 90 minutes they arrived to start the evaluation process, followed shortly by the clean-up crew. Over the next few hours, they totally cleared out the finished room and began the carpet water extraction process, returning every day to monitor the drying progress and the equipment. On the fourth day, they were able to remove all their equipment and steam-clean the carpet. Both the company and the team were extremely helpful and efficient. SERVPRO dealt directly with my insurance company. More importantly, there was excellent communication throughout the entire process. The team (Alan, Adam, Tony, and Marc) dealt with the problem as well as providing information, patience with my questions, the comfort of knowing how and why things were being done, and what to expect every step of the way. Certainly, they were taught how to work with and help customers, but their personality and demeanor seemed to come from the heart. I very much appreciate their help in managing my problem. I would not hesitate to use or recommend SERVPRO of Lowell in the future.
