SERVPRO of Ft Wayne

In February my home flooded from my main sewer drain backing up. Servpro came out Feb. 02 and brought in 2 air scrubbers and 2 dehumidifiers. Insurance and Servpro both told me that nothing in the home can be replaced or worked on until insurance approved it, or I would be held liable for the cost of repairs. Even at that point, Servpro kept urging me to let them start tearing stuff out. I kicked them out of the home, along with their equipment on the 6th of February. A month later, they sent me a COS that was signed in my name dated 03/18/2026. I never signed that document. They forged my signature. Now, two more months later, after calling them out about that they sent me an invoice of $1,500 without contacting me prior. The Attorney Generals office will be contacted if they do not send me a signed, $0.00 invoice. All documents and conversations are on record. Still, no one has gotten back to me about it. Corporate did not answer the phone, and no one from the Fort Wayne store has been able to help. I asked for the General Manager to contact me, and that has yet to happen. Update: They took me to collections and never contacted me. The GM, PM, admins, no one had contacted me. All information has already been sent to the attorney generals office. I doubt they will even contact me now. Too scared or too much guilt I guess. (I have reached out to them multiple times)

Very poor experience! The work they did removing the water was fine. They never returned to put carpet back down or put baseboards back on, once they received payment from me. I was unbale to get a call back from anyone for the last 4 week.

Everyone we talked to was very friendly and professional. Tyler handled all our questions and concerns and was upfront and honest. Logan and Corey were friendly and were also very helpful. It was a very stressful event in our household and they made it better. Thank you!

We had a house fire back in December 2025 that was very minor. The fire was under the floorboards stemming from some heat tape that luckily had burned through a water pipe and put itself out. The fire department had to get through the floor boards and wall but overall, the damage was minor but the house now unlivable due to shutting off water supply, electricity, and a hole through the house. We called Servpro to come out and quote the repair. We wanted to jump on this job because of how cold it was so pipes weren’t freezing. Just to get the house winterized took way longer than it should’ve which led to our pipes freezing despite our repeated attempts and concerns for Servpro to winterize sooner. We had John as a project manager. He was unreliable, unresponsive, and would disappear for a week claiming work was “done” meanwhile the house was untouched. We couldn’t get a hold of him through my boyfriend but as soon as we would call from my number, he would pick up. I’m guessing since he didn’t have mine saved so he didn’t know it was us asking about the progress of the job. This went on for months until we had to get a hold of his boss, who no longer works at Servpro. Then we got a hold of Tammy. She seemed great, but as soon as the job was passed back to John, it was basically at a standstill again. Servpro did work with us in the end to try and make things right, but we had nearly 5 months of trying to figure out if everything was completed and had to wait for multiple rounds of quotes and repairs

I have used Servpro before and will continue to call them when I need them. They are always on time, always call before coming and the technicians explained everything before doing a great job. The recent storm caused several basements to flood. I recommended Servpro to a few of my friends they said the same thing I did. Great service,
