Water remediation came the same day I called and each day afterwards until everything was dried out or removed. They called each day to let us know they were on their way. Very pleasant, knowledgeable and professional employees, Caleb and Rick!

Servpro was great! They were at our home ASAP inspecting the water damage and got to cleaning up/drying the water right away! They are friendly and have answered any questions we had. Very easy to work with.

They were here fast and have been very professional. I would use them again in a heartbeat.

I was cleaning out deceased FIL house (extreme collector) and basement got wet due to sump pump failure. Service Master by Crossroads (Ft Wayne, IN) ghosted me. I reached out to Servpro 2 weeks in...on a Saturday. Caleb & Kian showed up same day and setup air scrubber & dehumidifiers. The following Monday they returned and started hauling away the trash from the basement. They were there every day that I needed them. Caleb & Kian were so awesome...my knights in shining armor! They were so kind and caring and extremely helpful! I was beside myself and they rescued me! Throughout the project, there were other staff that worked hard for us, as well ... Olivio, Santiago, Logan and Project Manager Tyler. It took 2.5 months to get it all done because we had SOOO much stuff to get through in the basement, but God bless them all, we got it done and they were all so great to work with. ♥️ As for the expense, I've never had to go through something like this before, so I don't know if the cost was "reasonable", but I needed them and came through for me, so it was worth it to me, regardless. (Insurance did not cover my claim.) When is was all done, the basement was clean, dry, and smelled nice and fresh. 😊

In February my home flooded from my main sewer drain backing up. Servpro came out Feb. 02 and brought in 2 air scrubbers and 2 dehumidifiers. Insurance and Servpro both told me that nothing in the home can be replaced or worked on until insurance approved it, or I would be held liable for the cost of repairs. Even at that point, Servpro kept urging me to let them start tearing stuff out. I kicked them out of the home, along with their equipment on the 6th of February. A month later, they sent me a COS that was signed in my name dated 03/18/2026. I never signed that document. They forged my signature. Now, two more months later, after calling them out about that they sent me an invoice of $1,500 without contacting me prior. The Attorney Generals office will be contacted if they do not send me a signed, $0.00 invoice. All documents and conversations are on record. Still, no one has gotten back to me about it. Corporate did not answer the phone, and no one from the Fort Wayne store has been able to help. I asked for the General Manager to contact me, and that has yet to happen. Update: They took me to collections and never contacted me. The GM, PM, admins, no one had contacted me. All information has already been sent to the attorney generals office. I doubt they will even contact me now. Too scared or too much guilt I guess. (I have reached out to them multiple times)
