We had a toilet on our second floor that we found out was leaking through the ceiling of the floor below. It required immediate gutting and remediation of the floors around the toilet and the ceiling. Servpro came to our home very quickly after it was reported to start the remediation process. They were very prompt, thorough, and had a quick turnaround time from start to finish to complete all the repairs, while not sacrificing the quality of the work. All the people that came to our home were professional and respectful of our home, always coming with shoe covers. We also went with Servpro for the repairs and they hired a great subcontractor L&G Home Improvement. That did an excellent job and left everything looking great. As for the remediation process to ensure that our home was fully treated of any moisture or mold, Fidel did a great job. He arrived on time and let me know all the steps of what they needed to do in our home that day. Throughout the day, he gave me updates on the progress. His communication about what to expect was helpful. He even helped me get a hold of another ServPro crew that was coming to our house a different day. My only complaint is that sometimes the ServPro guys checking the status of the remediation arrived at a different time than what we agreed on, two of the days they arrived an hour early and I wasn’t ready for them yet. But all in all, Servpro and L&G Home Improvement did some of the best work that we’ve had done in our home.

He took the time to answer my questions, explain the water mitigation process, and help me understand things I didn’t know as a homeowner, including why my AC shut off after the water leak. He made a stressful situation much easier to navigate by explaining everything clearly and ensuring I understood what was happening every step of the way. What stood out most was his kindness. He was patient, respectful, thorough, and genuinely cared about making sure everything was taken care of properly. He also maintained a clean and professional work environment throughout the process. It’s rare to find someone who combines technical expertise with such a positive attitude and outstanding customer service. I’m very grateful for his help and would highly recommend Kyle and the SERVPRO team to anyone needing restoration or water mitigation services.

Fidel, Mauricio, and Kyle were immediately on the scene following my overflowing toilet/flooded house. They took care of everything, explaining each step of the process along the way. They really made this very stressful situation very easy! Fidel was extremely respectful and put me immediately at ease. I wouldn’t hesitate to use ServPro again (But really hoping I never need their services!!)
