I experienced a significant leak in my house, which resulted in my rugs and floors becoming drenched with water. Fortunately, I had the opportunity to work with three highly skilled professionals: Steye, Jamal, and Brian. They approached the situation with a remarkable level of expertise and were clearly knowledgeable about the necessary procedures. What impressed me the most was their careful demeanor; they took their time to assess the damage and avoid any further complications. They were meticulous in their work, ensuring that everything was done thoroughly while maintaining a clean environment throughout the process. Their professionalism made what could have been a very stressful situation much more manageable, and I truly appreciated their dedication to doing the job right.

We live in Easton and had some paint crack on a wall that revealed water staining and mold growth from the ice damming this past winter. ServPro was very easy to work with! Brian, Luis C, and Ray came on a Monday to remove the damaged drywall and leave equipment to help dry out the space. By Wednesday, it was all dry and complete. We will work with ServPro's reconstruction team next to patch up the wall. Highly recommend working with them! Updated review: we also had ServPro complete the renovation for us by adding new insulation and drywall to that area and repainting the whole room. It looks fantastic now and ready to set up for our baby on the way! Thank you to Rob and crew for the fantastic work!

When an unexpected pipe break caused flooding to the Caretaker’s Cottage (our offices) at Historic Easton Cemetery, including multiple first-floor rooms and our historic basement, I immediately knew who to call. Having met Jeremy Brescia at networking events throughout the Lehigh Valley, I contacted SERVPRO because of him - and I’m grateful I did. Jeremy and the SERVPRO team responded quickly with an experienced crew and professional drying equipment to stabilize and protect the property. Jeremy personally oversaw the project to ensure everything met SERVPRO’s standards. Most importantly, he understood the care required when working in a historic property. Historic horsehair lath and plaster walls had to be carefully removed to prevent further damage and mold. Throughout the process, the team was professional, responsive, and thorough. As Chief Executive Officer of the Historic Easton Cemetery, I highly recommend Jeremy Brescia and the SERVPRO team.

The guys that came were wonderful. Unfortunately communication not so much. We were never notified that our job was going to start on Friday. (We were supposed to be notified by 4 pm Thursday). They were supposed to come back on Saturday and it took 2 texts before I was told they were not coming. I requested that they replace the insulation but I heard nothing. When I called no one knew what I was talking about. And the person we were dealing with had left the company. We feel we were not important enough to get the attention that perhaps someone with a larger project would get. We will never use this company again nor will we recommend them.
