I want to thank Stephen Waddell and Jaxun so much for putting the plastic up where I lost my soffit from the tornado. Also for putting a dehumidifier in my apartment since it was so hot in my apartment! Jaxun is a great young worker. You guys caring made such a big difference under this stressful time meant a world of difference. Thank you!

Working in Insurance it is CRUCIAL that I have someone in the restoration industry that I can trust to take care of my clients, thankfully I have found that with Fred and the team here at Servpro! Every client that I send their way has been so thankful for the quick response time and the patience and overall friendliness that this team provides. I am so appreciative of the care they provide for not only my clients but all those facing the unfortunate need of restoration work.

First I have to mention the name Fred Emory. Fred is a representative/sales person for SERVPRO. He is the reason I called SERVPRO when I had a flood in my house. SERVPRO responded immediately and were able to save my original floors and carpet, baseboards and kitchen cabinets from incurring any damage because they got there right away. Their staff was professional. Fred checked on me often during the 10 day restoration to make sure that all was going smoothly and that all my family needs were met. When I had questions or needed additional help Fred became the single point contact that helped coordination everything for me. If I can summarize everything into one recommendation is for everyone to talk to Fred first and let him guide you in the right direction. With Fred on your corner, everything will go smoothly. SERVPRO deserves a 5-star for the work that they performed and for how much damage to my house they prevented. Thank you Fred Emory and thank you SERVPRO

Our home had a tree fall on it destroying 3 bedrooms and a bathroom. We called ServPro and a representative was there the next day. Items were removed starting the next morning but after lunch the crew was fired and a crew from another company was called in to finish the pack out. We were told our possessions would be cleaned and covered, stored in a temperature controlled area, and separate from other’s possessions. When our furniture and boxes were brought back 13 months later they initially had some items that weren’t ours. We had the opportunity to see how they stored our stuff. It was spread out against a wall with some items from other customers interspersed. On their return trip the following week they still had some items from other people. Eight boxes of hanging clothes were water damaged with the clothes having been wet. Many pieces of furniture were damaged because of water or humidity, scratches, dirt, and general mishandling. There has been no follow up to see if we were satisfied with the service the company rendered. Needless to say we are not. Insurance paid the bill but were significantly overcharged. IF WE HAVE ANOTHER DISASTROUS EVENT, WE WII NOT CALL SERVPRO.

Can't find a correct number to call but I just recently parked at the eastland mall next to one of your vehicles. There was a little rat or weasel figure on the dash. The driver was a woman wearing her hood and mask so cant really describe her but she was leaving as I was getting my child out of the car. I asked her to wait a moment and she opened her door and pushed her mirror into my back. I again asked her to wait a moment. I got my kid out of the way and bent down to zip her coat up and she took off quickly as I was kneeled right next to her car! She had food so im assuming she was on lunch. Nearly ran me and my child over. Do better
