I cannot speak highly enough of Jeremy Bressler from Servpro. During a recent storm, my finished basement was flooded with approximately six inches of water. I recently had the pleasure of working with SERVPRO of CORONA following a flooding in my basement. From the moment we contacted the company for assistance (Friday night) it was clear that they were knowledgeable and professional in how they handled my questions over the phone before they saw the water. They arrived to our home at the time promised. When you have a a basement taking in water (by the galloons) and it is carpeted and has a home office, time was of the essence, SERVPRO of CORONA did not waste any time to get to work. They assessed our situation and started to work on the problem immediately. They were patient to answer my questions, explaining what they were doing and how it would resolve the matter quickly; specifically how their technique would preventing mold from growing. ServePro of Corona had brand new machines in which they used to remove the water efficiently; explaining why each machine was placed where it was, figuring out the best strategy to drying the carpets, tiles and my home office. The team at ServePro of Corona was courteous and friendly, taking time to answer all of my questions and address any concerns. They even wore booties in the house to ensure our floors and carpets remained clean. My experience with ServPro of Corona was exceptional. Their promptness, attention to detail were truly commendable. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to anyone who has flooding in our neighborhood.
