We had a water heater malfunction. I called serve pro of Davies County. The came out and handled the demolition of two rooms after a contract signing. Then a week later I find out they charged over my insurance well over $4000. They then created a bid for the rebuild project. A week later they dropped the project saying that they had too many other projects to handle. They dropped the project because they grossly underestimated the cost of the repairs and then would not honor that bid. I have gone through hell to find another contractor. The same contractor stated "Serve Pro had been working on the home when the owner called the contractor because of how horribly they were destroying the project. The contractor came to look at the project. The owner and the contractor both had to run Serve Pro out of the property. The contractor then worked for three days just to repair the damages and mess Serve Pro left behind". I wouldn't let Serve pro work on my dog house. They can't be trusted to complete a job correctly. HENCE THE ONE STAR! BE WARNED!

Freaked out? Confused? water damage and what to do?? DONT PANIC- just CALL THESE PROFESSIONALS FIRST!! No matter your budget~ , it is WORTH every dime insurance wont want to cover~GET A LOAN! These guys are worth it! bc.: (part two of my story)knowing the job of remediation is done right is RIGHT. Without bones. you have mud. This crew GETS IT! They KNOW from the get go what the challenges are and most of all~ how to best fix it, what is fixable, and will explain when moving on and what is best course. . These guys and gals are the most hard working, HONEST , crew i have ever had the "unfortunate pleasure" of working with. I trust Jamon and his crew IMPLICITLY. Prof opinions and knowledge~ Hands down 💯 But what i want to expres MOST is with my health, emotional and physical well- being, the amount of comapasion, help (they moved my crates for me❤️) And constant reassurance they would finish the job~ RIGHT~ it has kept me from spiraling into a Multiple Sclerosis/ : AI full flare!! Beyond expertise is what makes KY the BEST STATE in which to live, and by FAR (Dc, take note!) the best PEOPLE~to be your neighbors. If there is still a company that can be a model to ALL cos~ This IS THE TREND! Back to honest values, working for, and with your neighbors~ remember that ad campaign: we will ortect you and property bc we are "your neighbor?" Yeah, Me too~ Well, This SERVPRO team fulfills that promise broken by others! . A job done right, should get fair pay (insurance😡😠), and excellent referrals and new business.I hope to gove a bit back here. I try to keep my composure as i write the words of sincerest appreciation and gratitude for "my guys" as they have become known as to me and my family. It is hard to keep the tears at bay bc Jamon, Jared, and Alex, and (Henri🇫🇷🫶👍) are absolutley the most professional group and TEAM~ many things "roll down hill". well. So do VERY graceful slalom skiiers... ! This is a modern example of what a co should be, and WILL BE, bc hinest part: folks have had it with big co crap, being lied to, nit treated fairly, and want to call their neighbors in time if crisis. Jamon, you are an ANGEL man!! 😇 You are the absolute example of a leader of your crew, how to treat customers, and vendors. ~ Just incredible! Yall have left me humbled, grateful, and trusting in humanity. Yeah, water damage, fighting for what is simply "right", has left me with hope, life friendships, and has given back to me more than any aesthetic loss or physical displacement could ever take away.
