SERVPRO of Brown County

These guys did work on our office space after a flood. We were quoted two weeks. It took over two months. They got heavy furniture and equipment pressed up against the wall, and nothing was returned back to the original spot as promised.

We had a tree limb fall on our roof. We contacted ServPro to clean-up the inside and exterior. The inside crew was very good and took care of the water damage. Although the crew that tarped the roof was negligent. One of the tarps they used to cover the roof was littered with holes. One of the roofers we had to do an estimate said it looked like "starry night" through the tarp. We have pictures to prove it. So obviously it leaked a second time which caused more damage to a second room in our home. Now a third time we had more leaking, great timing, right when our insurance appraiser was here! After four tarping jobs we called Midwest Restoration. Left two messages, did not receive a single call-back. We then called ServiceMaster and they came out that day. Finally we were sealed up. The guys said that the ServPro tarping was the worst they have ever seen. The ServPro crew did not speak English and seemed the gentleman in charge was the translator. He never went onto the roof to inspect the other two guys work, not very personable either. They need to be fired and liable for the extra damage done to my home!

The carpet that we got done was black and it kind of stunk. Servpro was there the day after we called and when they were all done it looked like they put new carpet in. 😄 It smelt amazing and besides for a few permanent, small stains, the carpet was white.

This team was terrific, my contact was Jeremy and he’s terrific, my lead today was Mike, the whole team was fantastic, totally up front and honest, told me what I needed and didn’t need, I would never consider any other company

I came home on a Friday night to find water pouring down from the upstairs into my finished basement. After turning off the water I called Servpro. I received an immediate call back from a Manager asking for details. Even though it was a Friday night he suggested I get someone there sooner than later. He already had a crew busy but was still able to get another crew from Appleton. They came and did a great job, they were very mindful of my house and put down plastic and protectants all over. The lead on the crew was knowledgeable and made me feel at ease. They had obviously experienced this same thing before and had a plan and a process for immediate clean up. They eventually suggested a plan to build tubes forcing air into the walls and ceiling once initial clean up was done. They returned the next day and setup a perimeter that dried out the areas needed, leaving the other areas unaffected. All members of the team were very friendly and easy to communicate with. They came back multiple times to test the dryness and confirm I could begin the remodel process. From the original people that came and helped to the transition to the next group that handled the remodel they were great. The office contact did a great job explaining who I talked with next and how the process worked with my insurance company etc. I really cant think of anything they could have done better.
