SERVPRO of Beachwood and Cleveland Northeast

The incident occurred on 3-31-26 during a severe storm in Cleveland, Ohio,with winds in excess of 70 mph. When I arrived home, I discovered that it was raining in my kitchen and inside my kitchen cabinets. The next morning, I discovered that the floor on the exterior back porch, which is above the kitchen had blown off during the storm. I took pictures and videos of the damage and took them to my insurance company on 4-1-26. They instructed me to call the claims department and call Servpro. A person from Servpro came the same day and took pictures and someone else came to put a tarp on the back porch. That evening I received a call from Servpro, which made me very uncomfortable. He talked so fast and was very pushy, told me I don’t have to be bothered with my insurance company, they could tear out my kitchen, fix everything, fix my porch, etc. It didn’t sound right to me because the insurance adjuster hadn’t even been to my home yet. I told him no, I needed to wait for the adjuster. The next day, it rained again and continued to rain inside my house. The tarp has been completely ineffective. I have called Servopro repeatedly and they have done to stop it from raining in my kitchen. My last call to them was on 5-4-26. I spoke with Sharon, who transferred me to Jim. I got his voicemail. Sharon stated that someone would call me back and that there was a note in the system, saying that it was still raining in my kitchen. I’m still waiting on a call back, which had yet to happen. I received a bill from Servpro for $1029.33 for the tarp, which has NEVER stopped it from raining in my kitchen. I am now contacting the Better Business Bureau and the State Attorney General’s office to register my complaint. Why would I pay you for something that was totally ineffective and you have made no attempts to rectify the situation?! A very dissatisfied customer! I would never recommend your company to anyone!

I contacted this company for help with cleaning following a home disaster, and manager, Rodd, reached out to me and was patient, kind, gave me great advice and he called me immediately after I inquired. Going through a home disaster is scary and often lonely, but to have contractors/cleaners that actually care makes a world of difference - He fully understood what we needed and made time to call me personally...would highly recommend!!!

I called for an assessment of some water damage. The woman I spoke with said someone would be reaching out to me and they did very soon after I spoke with her. We planned to meet at the site of the damage the next morning. While waiting for him to show, I called Servpro to see if they knew where he might be (he was late). They told me that they didn't even have any record of me calling or having an appointment. After that, I decided to leave and he called me about 15 min after our appointment time to let me know he wasn't going to make it. I called him a couple days later so that we could reschedule and I didn't hear back from him. I ended up calling Servpro and asked that they put me in touch with someone else besides him -- well they didn't. Next thing I know, they had transferred my call to him. He kept insisting that one of his guys had already been to the house to assess the damage; I had to assure him that it was not me several times, given that the date he claimed someone had gone out to the house was prior to my initial call to Servpro. Finally he checked his facts and realized that it hadn't been me. At that point, I was fed up and decided to take my business elsewhere. How are you going to argue with me about what I know to be true? I also had no faith that he would actually show up the next time either.

Jules and Shane were the best. They did the icky job with a smile on their faces
