We had flood damage from a waterline leaking into the refrigerator. The two men, Chris Reed and Carl, that came here were absolutely amazing. Not only did they clean everything up, but they calmed our nerves throughout the entire situation. They were polite. They were hard-working, professional, and went above and beyond to make us feel comfortable and to complete the job in our home that was above our level of satisfaction. Their level of workmanship was phenomenal. And afterwards they cleaned everything. Excellent job!!
Servpro were absolutely amazing. Cody and his partner (I'm sorry, I don't remember his name) were very professional and courteous. They walked me through the process step by step and helped me understand what to do next. Highly recommend both of them. (Our dishwasher leaked which resulted in water leaking into our family room and into the basement)
Cody and Justin couldn’t have done a better job in the mitigation of a leak that caused extensive water damage. They were excellent communicators during the process, always on time and extremely thorough. They also advocated on my behalf with my insurance. Overall a very positive experience and I would definitely recommend their services. Office coordinators were responsive from the first call.
Servpro came out to do a mold remediation project in our kitchen and they did not perform anywhere near expectation. The team left the project half done and the condition they left our house in was deplorable. The team should have finished cutting out the section of the wall where the mold was detected but they didn’t want to move the stove to do so because of the gas line. To make matters worse, the dirt they left behind was disgusting. The floors and the stove were absolutely filthy. We had to spend hours cleaning up a mess that shouldn’t have been left behind at all. I am including photos of the incomplete job as well as the mess Servpro left behind. In addition, the initial estimate included mold remediation in the bathroom which we ultimately decided against but the charge for that service totaling $434.98 was never removed from the invoice. We have been working with the General Manager, Dan McKevitt, to resolve this issue for over a month. Despite the fact that there is no dispute that Servpro did not perform the mold remediation in the bathroom and that we were charged unjustly, Mr. McKevitt has refused to process the refund if we don’t sign a document stating we will not pursue any further legal action and we will not post any reviews online. Servpro has no right to withhold the refund. They did not do the work and they had no right to charge us. I strongly suggest avoiding this company at all costs! Not only did they do shoddy work, for all intents and purposes they stole money from my wife and I. They are a blight on Servpro’s reputation and the owner of this franchise should be ashamed that he allowed this to happen and that it has dragged on for so long.
Anthony and Bobbi Stauffer here, we had a flood in our home and used Servpro of Allentown to mitigate our home. The production Manager Cody Wilson and the Technicians Justin Jordan and Carl Vorhauer were great! They made our jobs easier to get the plumbers to inspect and our home ready for repairs with no issues. We would recommend these guys in the future!
