ServicePros Cleaning & Restoration

We hired ServicePro after a plumbing-related water damage claim based on a recommendation from our plumber. Initially, the mitigation work was completed satisfactorily, but everything that followed was an absolute nightmare. The biggest issue was communication and project management. ServicePro failed to submit their expenses and documentation to my insurance adjuster for weeks, despite repeated requests. Meanwhile, my adjuster was calling me almost daily asking for information that ServicePro should have provided. More concerning, the restoration work was never completed. After removing part of the damaged wall, ServicePro failed to return and perform the repairs needed to restore the area to its original condition. More than two weeks passed with no progress, leaving us with an unfinished project. When I contacted their scheduling department the week the work was scheduled for, I was told that my appointment had been canceled because I had mentioned I was exploring other more expedient options. What I actually said was that I would look into alternatives since I couldn't have a massive gaping hole next to my kids' main entertainment area for 2+ weeks and, unless they heard otherwise from me by the following business day they should proceed as planned. Instead, they canceled the work without notifying me and then acted as though their misunderstanding was my fault. My correspondence required only a straightforward reading; unfortunately, they struggle with written communication. You can also read through the responses they've provided in other single star reviews, the owner makes this point clear in his butchered responses. Getting answers was nearly impossible. Calls were not returned, the project manager was difficult to reach, and communication between departments appeared completely disconnected. It felt like nobody knew what anyone else was doing. The text communication was also surprisingly unprofessional. Responses were often extremely short, dismissive, and lacked even basic customer-service courtesy. Rather than helping solve the problem, I constantly felt like I was being treated as an inconvenience or they just lacked anything beyond basic written communication skills. My final conversation with manager Natenael Tewolde was the worst customer-service experience I have had in years. Instead of working toward a solution, he became argumentative and confrontational. When I explained my concerns about the incomplete work, the missing insurance documentation, and the uncertainty around payment, the conversation quickly deteriorated. Rather than helping resolve the situation, I was essentially told that the company had plenty of work and did not need my business. The overall experience exposed serious issues with communication, coordination, customer service, and leadership. If you are considering ServicePro for an insurance restoration claim, I would strongly recommend getting multiple estimates and carefully evaluating other options before hiring them. Based on my experience, once the initial work was completed, follow-through, communication, and professionalism completely disappeared.

Service Pros Cleaning and Restoration Their team was out standing thorough the time of them working in my home. From start to finish. They worked with me on what I wanted to have done and I appreciate the time they give to finish the job. The team Leo and Montell and there crew really worked hard to get the job done . Plus the Office staff was amazing Ana she worked with me even when I was having alot of trouble with my insurance adjuster's I mean alot she was able and willing to work with me. Service Pros comes highly recommended.

After the horror of my toilet in the downstairs overflowing, and the thought of what it was going to take to fix and remodel - Service Pros were my knight in shining armor. Not only were they fast and efficient, but they worked with me as to a couple of adjustments. I am more than happy with their final work.

Do not use this company. They are predatory and will do and say anything to get you to sign a contract. Especially when it has to do with insurance so they can charge as much as possible. They claim USAA will cover everything even before a claim has been decided on. And if you read the fine print, YOU will be responsible if your insurance doesn’t cover the arbitrarily estimated cost which just happens to change based on your deductible 🧐 They don’t even take the time to look at the work before promising things. DO NOT SIGN anything with them. I am surprised they haven’t been investigated or barred from doing business with insurance companies. Fraudulent at the core.
