Service Master of Lisle did an incredible job! They were so thorough and very nice people! Can’t say enough!!!
In April 2026, I experienced significant water damage to my kitchen and finished basement. I phoned my insurance company and the same day Service Masters came out to assess the damaged. From the very beginning Bill assured that everything would be taken care of in a timely and professional manner. He surveyed the damaged areas and expeditiously submitted a preliminary report to my insurance company. Following is a list of the damages that were repaired to my satisfaction: Island cabinet bases were rebuilt, painted, re-installed, Buckled Brazilian cherry wood flooring was cut out and replaced. Although the entire flooring was not damaged, the entire first floor was stripped, re-sanded, and re-varnished to ensure the old flooring matched the new floor. The entire floor looks great! Mitigation was performed for seven days to ensure the upstairs and basement were dry before work was initiated, Drywall in the basement was removed and replaced, Although only a portion of the carpet in the bsmt was damaged, the entire carpeted area was replaced. I was able to pick out the carpeting that I wanted, The entire bsmt was re-painted My entire duct system was cleaned out, All artwork, collection of vinyl albums, and various decor were securely wrapped and moved, the same items were unpacked and moved to their original place, and nothing was damaged, Prior to completion a crew was brought in to clean the house from the dust due to sanding the entire wood floor. That was of great help! Overall, the job was completed in a reasonable amount of time and to my satisfaction. Bill promised me that everything would look great and he kept his word.
We cannot say enough wonderful things about our experience with Service Master. They made a very difficult and stressful situation much easier. Bill, the man who coordinated all aspects of the clean up, was very professional and extremely thorough. He oversaw the entire process from the mitigation and sanitation of our basement through the replacement of the carpet and baseboards. Every crew member who came through our home was very hard working and incredibly nice. We couldn’t be happier with choosing Service Master. I will be recommending them to everyone. Atttt job!
