I called to get some advice about some possible mold in an Airbnb I am staying in and Jesse was amazing! He not only helped me identify what was going on but also educated me on proper treatment and what to do if we don’t feel well from exposure. We did not receive a service from them since it is a rental but he was not concerned about that at all and was still willing to educate me. He even offered to help educate the property management on proper remediation. He was so helpful and knowledgeable. I am so grateful! Highly recommend!!
I had a severe mice infestation along with a drain backup in my garage. After calling several places and being told that nobody could help me or gave me absorbent quotes, I finally connected with Jessie at service Master. Jessie came out that very same day and gave me a quote that was literally thousands less than another service quoted. Ethan and Lane showed up on time and went to work! My garage is now clean, sanitized and rid of all the mice droppings. In addition, they sanitized what could be saved and bagged everything that was damaged to haul to the dump. If I could give them 10 stars I would!
