From the very beginning, the team was professional, punctual, and incredibly helpful throughout the entire mitigation process. Chris was especially easy to work with and always took the time to answer my questions and explain what was happening. James and Supi were both very kind, hardworking, and efficient. They were able to remove all of the damaged flooring in just a few hours, which helped get the drying process started right away. The entire team made a stressful situation much easier to navigate. I truly appreciate their professionalism, kindness, and dedication, and I would highly recommend ServiceMaster to anyone dealing with water damage or flood mitigation.

Thanks to the greater than usual snowfall this year and sub-zero temps, ice dams developed and began seeping into various places in my home. ServiceMaster responded quickly and efficiently. Aiden was in charge, in my home, and exceeded my expectations. He was very polite, professional, knowledgeable, and efficient. He was great about communicating what they were doing, why it was necessary, and how they would monitor progress with drying affected areas. I could not have been more pleased. I highly recommend this ServiceMaster, and if you get to have Aiden come to your home, consider yourself blessed!

After a stove fire left our home covered in soot, we were completely overwhelmed — but the team from ServiceMaster by 24/7 Restoration was nothing short of amazing from start to finish. They worked directly with our State Farm claims adjuster to make the entire process seamless. Every single item in our home was either cleaned or carefully disposed of, every wall and ceiling was repainted, and every nook and cranny was spotless by the end. They even coordinated to have all our textiles — clothes, shoes, luggage, etc. — dry cleaned and returned as they were ready so we were never without essentials for months on end. Communication was outstanding! Any time my husband or I had a question, we’d text Matt or Angelica, and they always got back to us right away. One of my favorite examples of their kindness and commitment: the day before a concert, I asked Angelica if there was any chance she could get a pair of my boots back from the dry cleaners — totally last-minute, and I told her I wouldn’t be upset if it wasn’t possible. But she made it happen, and I had my boots by Thursday night! The entire crew — Stormy, Ayden, Glen, Keyon, and Supi — was such a joy to have in our home. They were always smiling, understanding, and so patient, even when we had piles of boxes being returned at once. My 2-year-old son is obsessed with helping and with trucks, and they made his day every time they came! They let him “help” carry small boxes and even explore the truck safely. What could have been really stressful, exhausting days actually turned into happy memories thanks to their kindness and patience. This whole experience — the fire, the soot, being displaced, and dealing with insurance — could have been so much harder, but ServiceMaster truly made it manageable. Their professionalism, efficiency, compassion, and communication made all the difference. We are so grateful for this incredible team and would recommend them wholeheartedly to anyone dealing with a home disaster.
