We had extensive water damage to several rooms requiring complete removal of floor tile in each room as well as removal of several panels of sub floor, several square pet of insulation and removal and replacement of sections of dry wall. Because of the extensive damage, we were without the use of our kitchen and laundry room for several weeks and/or months. Although the repairs were finally done to our satisfaction, it seemed that there were too many days when nothing was done. It appeared obvious that they had too many jobs going on at the same time. However, once we set a deadline as to when the repairs had to be done, it seemed that our repairs became a priority. Grant and Tim were always responsive to our inquiries and thanks to Hunter, the repairs were completed prior to our necessary dead line and were done well. In fact, in many instances, they found it necessary replace old items with new even though this was not on the original appraisal. Finally, we discovered an issue with our dishwasher and notified tim of the problem. He immediately advised us that Hunter would be out the next day. Hunter arrived the next morning and was able to resolve the issue. In essence, the repairs took longer that we had hoped, but we felt that there were too company was receptive to our concerns.
Thanks to Antony and Patrick for such a great job I was sad at first to see all the water in my basement but Antony and Patrick makes A difference they give me the assurance that it will be OK and yes it was it makes me cry for their concern and kind words they both make a great team. Servicemaster DSI Indianapolis replaced the flooring, trim and some wall covering to 4 rooms and a hallway caused by a water leak . Grant and Tim answered all of my questions in a timely manner. Grant, Tim and there crew provided top notch service from start to finish. The work was done quickly and professionally. I couldn't be more pleased. I will use them in the future should I have a need for such services.
