ServiceMaster By Quality Restoration - Springdale

I had a fire at my house in May of 2023. It was a tragedy. What came after that didn’t hold a candle to the fire. I hired Service Master in Springdale Arkansas. It seemed like I was in good hands at first. The owner Dustin recommended Chris Bradley of Higher Rock Construction. I decided to take that recommendation not knowing what I was getting myself into. Dustin and chris work with insurance company’s all the time. Mine was Liberty Mutual. Together my adjuster Dustin and Chris ran a complete fraud scheme on me working in concert together they made my entire insurance claim look legitimate on paper but in the reality what was happening is the funds were being depleted but the work was not being done. Service master depleted over 40 thousand by claiming certain work was being done when it wasn’t or a cheaper version was. Coupled with extreme price gouging service master depleted just over 40k. This is not speculation. I can prove all of this with their own documents/a visit to my home 3 years later. I highly recommend especially if you are using insurance you have State Auto Safeco or Liberty Mutual future and past situations should pay close attention to the money flow. I highly recommend anyone wanting honesty and good legitimate work to not make the same mistake I did in trusting Service Master!

The team at Service Master was wonderful. I had a ice maker water leak and it caused half the kitchen to be removed including cabinetry, flooring, self leveler. I called the team upon getting approval and then they got to work. Since it was a controlled plumbing leak they were able to come begin the restoration on my timeline which was wonderful. They came to inspect the damage when discovered then allowed me to schedule the remediation on my timeline. They were very professional, Clean and i would invite them back if i needed restoration again. Their field staff and office staff are excellent, professional and kind in understanding the trouble that their customers are going through. I am grateful that i was able to find them and work with them for this event. Thank you Service Master for your company and quality team you have assembled to help your customers.

I had an excellent experience with ServiceMaster from start to finish. I called them and they sent someone to inspect my home the same day. They started working the very next day. The team was extremely professional, always willing to answer my questions, and very clear throughout the entire process. My experience was simply fantastic, and I felt supported every step of the way. I highly recommend ServiceMaster to anyone looking for a reliable and professional team.

They cleaned up my basement fast and efficiently as well as removed the mold. Good communication as well!

Had a crawl space mold problem that was larger than we thought upon inspection. Dustin kept costs down to the basics and was able to schedule the job quickly. Austin and his crew were professional and thorough in the remediation. Servicemaster did an air quality test and lab results show the mold issue resolved. We would happily recommend SM for restoration work
