American Waterworks did a wonderful job fixing my old basement from leaking.. Very happy with their work!

Called to get a quote for an egress window. They came out, gave a quote right away to do the work. I signed the quote to have them do the work. Was told they would contact me to schedule the work. They never contacted me to schedule to complete the work. I emailed them twice and called them twice and left messages and never got a response. Amazing they are still in business with their lack of/no communication after a customer signed a quote for them to do the work. Would have gave them zero stars if I could. Update: As soon as I posted the original review they finally got in touch with me. Reassured me that they are the right company for the job and that they will be better at communication and make it right. Everything was going smoothly, they contacted me a couple times to confirm the installation date. They did ask that I revise my google review and I said I would be more than happy to revise it after installation is completed and everything went smoothly. Well, the guys showed up today and realized they didn't have utilities scheduled to be located prior to showing up. So they hand dug around the window and found a gas pipe was in the way. Could have been totally avoided and had the gas pipe relocated before they started digging if they would have had the utilities located prior to showing up onsite. Their suggestion was to move the egress window to another location (which doesn't work because the existing window in that bedroom is located there) or just not do an egress. So now I am sitting with a half excavated window and up to me to figure out a solution due to their lack of communication and poor planning. I would avoid this company at all costs and find someone else to do your work. Against my better judgement I gave them another chance and believed they would make it right, and they disappointed me again.

These guys do a great job. If Mark is your foreman just know you are in good hands. I am very happy with the work they did!

We had tile put all around the basement edges. The person who came to give the quote was very helpful in explaining what he was seeing, what needed to be done and answering all questions. They scheduled us in very quickly and the team of workers (Matt, Cody, and Mike) were very courteous and hard working. They kept things picked up and clean at they worked and left the basement in great shape. They answered all the questions we had along the way. I would recommend to anyone. I am so excited not to have to worry about water clean up after the next big rain! Thanks for the great work guys!

I had some water leakage coming from my foundation. I called SafeBasements and they came out and figured out the issues with my foundation drainage. They had a solution to the problem with an outstanding price compared to other companies. They worked out a date and time frame that worked with me and came out to complete the job fast, effectively and efficiently. They even covered up and closed off the area with plastic to not have dust come up! Finished job was outstanding! I know I’ll never have any further issues going forward; and lifetime warranty! Great company and workers definitely.
