Not quality experience---too much to write- And rude, will not be respectful of your time, prefer to patronize professional---this company falls far below the minimal standards ---not customer oriented. NO LISTENING SKILLS!!
Our experience with Rumsey was abysmal. They tried to overcharge us for work not completed. The process between them and insurance was so, so slow. Way slower than it should have been. They asked for a review so here is my honest one. In the email asking for a review they noted on how stressful restoration can be and Rumsey contributed significantly to that stress.
I appreciate the rapid response for repair and restoration of ceiling due to water leaks. The technicians Ethan and Josh are very professional, thorough and explained everything step by step. Great Job !! I wanted to update my review of Rumsey Construction and Restoration services I received. I would definitely consult with Ramsey Restoration again. They explained the process thoroughly and I just had too trust the process and be flexible with scheduling and undersatand that I was not thier only customer/client. They ensured my needs were important and a priority as they worked my restoration with local Restoration team in Augusta Ga., into thier scheduling, which was most impressive to me. They evaluated the size of the job that needed to be done and coordinated with each service within thier company to ensure each service (water mitigation, demolition, reconstruction, plastering and painting) was handled with expertise. They also worked with me and my insurance company. All i had to do was be patient, understand the process and let the various very skilled technicians for each task do thier job. I could not be more impressed with the coordination between each task and the commitment to make sure the job was completed to perfection. I failed to remember the name of each technician of Mr. Fabian's team but wanted to note thier skills and professionalism was exceptional. I will say again, be patient, they are the experts, and trust the process, they are professional and easy to work with.
Shawn and the team at Rumsey were instrumental in completing the repairs to our home that was significantly damaged during hurricane Helene.
Ryan and his team were helpful throughout the entire experience. If any issues came up they were quick to resolve them.
