We had a great experience working with Romexterra. The whole team was very professional and helpful throughout the process including working with insurance. Patrick assisted us with getting our home back into its pre-loss condition and they completed the work in a very timely manner. Appreciate all of their help.

Romexterra was WONDERFUL! They responded immediately and had a team at my unit within 2 hours with professional drying equipment. They acted fast to contain the damage and helped me through the steps. The crew Quan and Gary, and the initial inspector Randy, were all very professional, communicated clearly every step of the way, did a great job, and meticulously documented everything for my insurance claim. If you ever have a water emergency, call them! They are fast, honest, and excellent at what they do!

The relationship manager Jackie Hersam is phenomenal. Very friendly and competent.

Tony Mayoral & Marie Sacco were so helpful I love these people, each and everyone! I even went far out of my way to get to know them personally, and to establish personal relationship with them. They all worked hard, fast and intelligently ! Gimme a break!! They were extremely welcome in my house as I even felt sad when they left after a full day’s work shift! Jackie at the front desk, the receptionist,, nearly received a marriage proposal from me. Tom Gatz, The Master Workman and I became good friends! And I almost adopted two or three of “The Work Crew!” ( Littles Devils! ). And I could not be happier with their working code, policies and ethics!! I almost asked these people for a Job Application!! Randy was “Cool,” Sergio, and a big tough lookin Mexican Man that I was directed to refer to as…”Baby”…. After several conversations I almost felt as though we were dating! Please do not hesitate to usher these people into your house immediately! They were so professional and kept my home so clean as they moved from project to project! When the job is all through, I will honestly miss them. It’s a shame I had to meet them under such heart breaking circumstances. Forty thousand dollars.worth of water damage to my home. I had an excellent experience with the team. Walter, the Project Manager, did a fantastic job coordinating everything from start to finish and ensured the entire process ran smoothly. We had a water leak issue that required urgent attention, and the team responded quickly and handled the situation efficiently, preventing further damage. Their professionalism and responsiveness were truly impressive. I also want to sincerely thank Faye and Marie from the billing department. They were incredibly helpful and accommodating, and they kindly worked with me to adjust the costs upon my request, which I truly appreciate. Overall, I highly appreciate the entire team’s effort and would strongly recommend their services to anyone in need.
