She took care of all my questions, answered my calls, kept me calm when I needed it. We laughed a lot, she kept me from losing my mind. She is the BEST😁

The whole team were an absolute pleasure to work with. Things did not go smooth on my end, but they were understanding and patient throughout the process. Honest and upfront on every level. Nothing but praise for Austin, Taylor and last but not least Kindyl. I hope to work with this team in the future.

My wife and I have used Revival on two different occasions and have been delighted with their quality, timeliness and determination to get things done correctly. In the first instance, we had an elusive water leak in the master bath that was creating mold. Revival methodically identified the leak and redid the entire bath to perfection. Due to this successful project, we hired Revival again to perform construction related to a Stilz lift installation. Revival had not done this before but Chris, the superintendent, carefully studied the specifications and amazed the Stilz people with his accuracy. The lift was installed perfectly, on time and in budget. Revival takes great care to protect the surroundings and their post construction clean-up crew is fantastic. Justin is a great communicator and scheduler. We will use Revival without hesitation in the future.

My family unexpectedly had a huge oak tree fall into our East Memphis home in March 2025, completely destroying our roof and the side kitchen wall. During our search for a contractor to help us rebuild, we found out that the owner of RKA (highly recommended by our friends) had partnered with an insurance expert to form Revival Restoration Services, which specializes in exactly what we needed, rebuilding after storm property damage and assisting with the insurance process. Scott Trimble from Revival Restoration came out quickly with various crew members to assess the damage to the house and wrote us up a very detailed quote that broke down each step of expected construction clearly, from the new roof to even the final step of house cleaning. After interviewing a couple of companies, we chose to proceed with Revival due to their professionalism, promptness, and attention to detail. Brandon Pillow has been the most reassuring and competent project manager anyone could hope to have, so we feel very blessed to have been assigned him to guide us in rebuilding our home during this stressful period. He patiently and politely responds to our phone calls and texts (even after hours and weekends), answers our endless questions, and calmly handles/addresses any and all concerns we have. Brandon walked us through each stage of construction, helping us focus on the tasks immediately needing our attention versus things to deal with later on. He would coordinate our contractors and inform us daily which contractors to expect at what time, as well as relay our requests and concerns. When we had to adjust how we handled fixing kitchen cabinetry, he executed the change order seamlessly. Brandon is extremely professional and courteous to his clients, but you can also tell he is working hard behind the scenes to make sure construction goes smoothly without a hiccup. I was a bit incredulous when he told us he expected to complete our project in approximately six weeks, but he was pretty spot on, at about eight weeks. Overall, we would definitely recommend Revival Restoration and Brandon Pillow based on the professionalism and great care we received from them and all our sub contractors, the quality of their workmanship (Our new roof is solid and so stunning that our tree guy asked us for a roofing referral!), and the shared objective in getting our home restored (and us back into our home) in a timely and within budget manner.

Let me start by saying what a fantastic group of people to work with. We had a pipe burst in our kitchen and flooded most of our house. From the very beginning Brandon Pillow came out immediately to get things started. He turned our insurance estimate over to Ryan Trotter who worked tirelessly to get our claim approved. Now, let me tell you about our project manager, Justin Bey. This guy is great. My Wife and I were completely ignorant about this process and we asked Justin a million questions. He answered every one and put our minds at ease. Their team were on time every time and did exactly what Justin said they would. How refreshing to work with such a professional and caring company.
