I truly can’t say enough good things about Restoration RX. From customer service and the back office to the on-site crew this company easily earns five full stars. They are honest, knowledgeable, professional and kept us in the loop every step of the way. As seniors, tackling a dirty, damp and extremely tight crawl space under our mobile home was beyond our physical capabilities. Restoration RX drove a long distance to help us out and did not charge a travel fee as many companies do today. From our initial phone call for a free estimate the entire project was completed in under 2 weeks with the actual work taking only 2 days. WHY THEY STAND OUT ~ No hidden costs. The initial estimate after inspection was comprehensive and matched the final invoice to the penny. Thorough work scope: ~ Removed old belly paper under house. ~ HEPA vacuumed exposed framing, floor joists and subfloor. ~ Applied plant based anti microbial agent to all surface areas. ~ Removed and replaced batt insulation. ~ Repaired belly paper. ~ Installed new 10 mil vapor barrier top and bottom. It was worth every single penny. We can now relax knowing our home is clan dry and fully ready for winter. No more musty odors coming through the floor or pests scurrying around.
