I called to ask if this company was lead abatement certified and the woman who answered said she could refer this work to a company that does asbestos abatement and she was sure that they did lead abatement. When I asked who she would use, she did not seem to really have a source and she did not know what lead abatement was nor the difference between RRP and lead abatement. This website clearly states that lead abatement is the permanent removal of lead is misleading to the customers that are seeking lead abatement.

I walked into the house and found water sitting all over the flooring near the bathroom. These guys pulled it up fast and made sure nothing stayed damp. I’m relieved it didn’t turn into a huge repair.

My living room rug was soaked from a leak that traveled farther than I expected. They handled the cleanup and made sure the moisture didn’t spread under the floor. Really happy with how smooth they made the whole process.

We hired this company to repair a water damaged floor in the kitchen of a rental house. They appeared to be very helpful and capable of handling our issue. The project grew into a larger one through no fault of theirs. The house just needed more work, which they agreed to do. The problems began as soon as the work began. The project manager was difficult and refused to work with our designer. Made choices on his own that were horrible and the quality of the work at the first inspection was Awful. The claim to be almost finished, but the floor wasn’t even and not solid and there were major problems with the rest of the work. Cabinets installed incorrectly. Terrible trim work etc. We came to an agreement to let them resolve the issues. Which they did, but kept missing deadlines after continually reassuring me that it would be finished by a specific date. This action cost me money along with the delays that cost me more money. When I tried to confront this, the owner got extremely aggressive. Very unprofessional. Would never do business with this company again.

Restorion is by far the best company that’s ever done any work for us in any capacity, over the past 18 years of living in our 100-year old house (or in any previous house). The first reassuring information we received from them was that they could do both the mold remediation and subsequent reconstruction that we had just discovered we needed in our entire basement along with much of our main floor kitchen. From the outset, our experience with them was outstanding. We were out of the country for the first three weeks of their work and were amazed by the degree to which the main people—José the company’s owner and Emanuel and Stephanie —kept us informed about what was going on. They systematically sent us many pictures illustrating everything they were doing as they worked. When we emailed with a question, they immediately sent back a concise, detailed, very clear answer. After we arrived back home, as Restorion’s work continued, we had the opportunity to see how meticulous and thorough they were (and so clean every step of the way), including bringing issues to our attention that we hadn't realized we needed to solve. A critical issue, for example, was the problem of poor outside water drainage where water was seeping into the outside walls of our house. José (who is clearly an expert in just about anything house-related) had excellent suggestions for us, which along with his extensive network of people with assorted excellent skills, resulted in very satisfactory solutions which saved us tens of thousands of dollars. On top of their creative and finely crafted work, we want to stress that José and his crew were a joy to work with. Apart from being highly skilled, they were efficient, responsive, informative, very kind, and in general, just extremely lovely people. During a difficult time they made us happy and that was unexpected and really special. It felt as if they became a part of our family and we find that we miss them now that they’re done!
